Elevated above the living area, the stylish beach house kitchen showcases a modern timber and white style palette with a bright aqua splashback. Featuring a butler’s pantry, sleek and stylish cabinetry and quality appliances, Belletide’s cooking space promises easy holiday meal preparation. Entertain while you cook with 4 seat breakfast bar dining. Adjacent to the kitchen, dine at the stunning timber table with 8 seat capacity, under modern organic pendant lighting and soaked in sunshine thanks to floor to ceiling glass at the rear wall.
Three bright and breezy bedrooms are simply styled and promise modern coastal luxury, with quality linens and soft furnishings. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and the two other bedrooms boast french doors, opening to the decking space outside.

Nestled within the subtropical garden is a stunning 5x3 meter seasonally heated pool (Easter through to the end of Oct). This pool offers the latest filtration system, using Ozone technology which requires little to no chlorine, making it safer and healthier for you and your family to swim!
Enjoy the best of the beautiful Byron Bay weather with a BBQ on the stunning covered outdoor dining area, complete with hardwood timber decking, timber table (on wheels for added flexibility) and bench seats. The al fresco dining overlooks the beautifully manicured grass yard, which is fully fenced and framed by large shady trees and bamboo for shade and privacy. Covered timber verandas frame the house and come complete with daybed and hammock.
