This 2 Storey Beach House is just a short walk to the beach. Open plan living upstairs with large decks and great ocean views. Master bedroom and 1 bathroom upstairs. 2 bedrooms and a multipurpose room (with additional beds) with the main bathroom downstairs. Linen available for extra charge. $30 per Queen bed $28 per Single bed. Sorry No Schoolies.
The house is designed for upstairs living and enjoying the decks with views over Westernport Bay. The master bedroom upstairs has a Queen size bed and a walk in robe. We have planned the upstairs bathroom to be accessible to all guests not just as an ensuite. We also have a child proof gate for the top of the stairs to help keep toddlers safe. We keep the gate in the walk-in-robe and is easy to install. The multipurpose room downstairs can act as a second living area, spare bedroom or children's play area / teenagers getaway. This room has 2 Queen single beds and a sofa that opens to a Queen size bed. There are 2 other bedrooms. One has a Queen size bed and the other 2 King single beds. Bedding is available with pillows, doonas and cotton blankets but you do need to bring your own linen and towels.
The garage has a 6x3 pool table with a table tennis top.
There is an outside shower to hose off sand etc. as stated above linen and towels are not provided but they are available by request only for an additional charge.
Breakfast is not provided.

Rubbish bin collection is on Monday mornings so please put the bins out on Sunday night. Please do not put Plastic bags in the Recycle Bin - Bass Coast do not accept these.
Please clean the BBQ after you use it so it is ready for the next guest.

Ventnor is a lovely quiet neighbourhood, so normal neighbourhood courtesy is not only required but is essential as part of our council rules for holiday rental properties. That means noise needs to be kept under control especially after 10pm. Please show respect for the property and remember to leave it in the same condition as it was on arrival - that includes cleaning the BBQ after you use it. Both bins need to be put out on the nature strip on Sunday evening. Thank you and Enjoy.
