Über dieses Inserat

Our two storey townhouse is only 300m from the beach. Upstairs are three bedrooms, a full bathroom and a large covered deck which provides magnificent views. Downstairs is the kitchen, dining room, lounge, laundry and toilet. A single carport adjoins. The parking situation in and around the complex makes the unit unsuitable for anyone with a towed item eg trailer, boat, camper-trailer.

The amenities provided throughout the townhouse should be sufficient for most guests. There is a small grassed area at the rear and washing lines both under cover and in the open. The carport is not suitable for large vehicles but there are other suitable parking spots within the complex for a standard sized vehicle.

The stairs leading to the upper floor are standard with a handrail but may not be entirely suitable for frailer souls.

Interaktion mit Gästen

We will endeavour to meet guests on arrival and see them at departure time. If this is not possible, a friend nearby will act for us. There is a collection of magazines and brochures which provide information on the attractions of the city of Bunbury and the surrounding areas, particularly the charming Ferguson Valley. The famous Margaret River wine region is less than two hours away by car.

Bunbury is the second largest town in Western Australia and has all the things you would expect of a city of over 36000 people. Traffic jams, air pollution and long queues are unlikely to be a concern in this delightful city.

Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Bunbury. Amazing balcony views of the ocean. Ideally situated right next to the beach and only a short drive to the town, cinema, shopping mall, pubs, restaurants, supermarket, and all ammenities. Beach front cafes only a tiny stroll away. Ken and Lenore are lovely. They are very accommodating and have gone above and beyond to provide a place to stay that is fully equipped with everything you can think of. They are very friendly and happy to assist with any enquiries. The unit is spacious, very clean, comfortable beds, plenty of pillows, the place is air conditioned/heated. The photos on the add don't really do it justice- it's actually a lot nicer than it looks in the photos. I would most certainly stay here again and I'd definitely recommend this place.

Ken greeted us on the day my family and I arrived at the house and was very hospitable and accommodating. Great location, the beach is just a 5 minute walk away and the town is really close too. House is really clean and lovely with all basic amenities available. Only wish there was wifi at home. Great stay overall!

Thank You Ken for a wonderful welcome. You were very kind to offer us full use of everything and made us feel right at home. The apartment had everything we needed and more. It was so comfortable, quiet and easy to stay in. We will definately be recommending your apartment and we will definately be back. The location is perfect.

Ken and Lenore were gracious and accomodating hosts. They made us feel welcome in their home which was very comfortable. The neighbourhood was quiet with very friendly neighbours. The location was great as it is walking distance to the beach and a two minute drive to town. We would recommend their home to our friends if they were ever heading down to Bunbury!
