Our lovely Victorian flat in Camden, central London (zone 1) is spacious, welcoming and full of light. We have stunning floor to ceiling sash windows either side of the open plan kitchen/lounge and a gorgeous walled garden (a rarity in London!)

Our home is a Victorian conversion flat, close to bustling Camden Town with it's famous markets, shops, restaurants and bars. So we're close enough to be a 10 minute walk from all the entertainment it has to offer but that means it also has the advantage of being 10 minutes away from all the entertainment, so has the benefit of being much more calm and relaxed! We're also a few minutes from a lovely public garden and the canal which can take you on a pretty walk into Camden or Kings Cross.
The flat itself feels more like a house, it's over two floors, with the open plan kitchen/lounge and utility on the upper ground floor and the 2 bedrooms, office/library area and bathroom on the 1st floor. We are also lucky enough to have a pretty walled back garden. We share part of the garden space with the downstairs neighbour, but it's divided so you can have privacy in the courtyard like area.

We love our flat, but it is Victorian and therefore it does have it's quirks, this is not a ultra modern hotel in Bloomsbury, neither is it a show home! However, it is characterful in the right way, and we feel it's very homely and welcoming.
Also, London is London, which means it's exciting, busy and full of people. This is a flat, so we have a neighbour in the basement flat and a couple who live upstairs, both of whom are polite and considerate, there are also Victorian terraces either side - this is very standard for London city living, and barely has any impact day to day, but good to know.

By confirming this booking with us, flat guests agree to the following liability and indemnity agreement:

IN CONSIDERATION for being permitted to enter premises and property for vacation rental or any other purpose, the flat guest/s, for himself/herself, his/her personal representatives, guests, children, heirs, and next of kin, acknowledges, agrees, and represents that he/she has or will immediately upon entering, and will continuously thereafter, thoroughly inspect such areas and his/her continued presence constitutes an acknowledgment that he/she has inspected flat, garden, communal area and entire property and he/she finds and accepts such areas as being safe and reasonably suited for the purposes of his/her use, and he/she further agrees and warrants that if, at any time, he/she feels anything to be unsafe, he/she and all guests will immediately leave the area and advise appropriate persons.

THE FLAT GUEST/S hereby RELEASES, WAIVES, DISCHARGES AND COVENANTS NOT TO SUE Lucy Cudden or Ifan Edwards personally and as company or corporate representatives, their members, managers, operators, officials, officers, directors, employees, owners and lessees of the premises, all for the purposes herein referred to as “releasees”, from all liability to the flat guest/s, their guests, representatives, assigns, heirs and next of kin for any and all loss or damage, and any claim or demand thereof on account of INJURY to the person(s) or property or resulting in DEATH of the flat guest/s or their guests, whether caused by negligence of the releasees or otherwise while in or upon the area.

THE FLAT GUEST/S hereby AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS the releasees and each of them from any loss, liability, damage, or cost they may occur due to their presence in or upon the area and whether caused by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise.

THE FLAT GUEST/S herby accepts full responsibility for each child who arrives on the property. All children under the age of 17 must be supervised at all times.

THE FLAT GUEST/S hereby ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR RISK OF BODILY INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE due to the negligence of the releasees or otherwise while in or upon area.

THE FLAT GUEST/S hereby certifies that he/she and guests (they) have adequate insurance to cover any injury, illness or damage that may be caused or suffered while in or upon area, or else agrees to bear the costs of such damage or injury. The flat guest/s further that he/she/they have no medical conditions which would interfere with staying in the flat or else assume and bear the costs of all risks that may be created, directly or indirectly, by any such condition. The flat guest/s further expressly agrees that the foregoing release, waiver and indemnity agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by law and that if any provision is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.

THE FLAT GUEST/S HAS READ, UNDERSTANDS THE RISKS, AND BY CONFIRMING THEIR BOOKING AGREES TO THIS RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT and GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT, and further agrees that no oral representations, statements, or inducements apart from the foregoing written agreement have been made.

Lucys Wohnung, ist perfekt. Sauber, super gelegen, in der Nähe vom Bus und U-Bahn, der einen sofort zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt bringt. Das Camden Viertel ist ein trendiges und hippes Viertel mit einem tollen Markt. Die Wohnung hat zwei Etagen, so das man sich wie in einem Haus fühlt. Lucy war sehr hilfreich bei allen Fragen und hat immer schnell geantwortet und sich vergewissert das alles in Ordnung ist. Ein fabelhaftes Erlebnis, wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Ifan was a fantastic host and his place is a lovely base from which to explore London. Ifan met us at check-in and showed us around, and was available via Airbnb messages for any questions we had during our stay. The apartment is well presented, clean and tidy, with a lovely green view from the kitchen and bedroom windows. Two tube stations are a 10-15 minute walk away and buses leave from around the corner. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ifan's (Lucy's) apartment to anyone visiting London.

We were very happy with this apartment. Ifan, the host, received us warmly and was very helpful in answering any question about London and the use of the apartment. During the week, he was available for the occasional question about anything. The apartment itself is very spacious, has everything you need and is really good value for the money. It was very clean when we entered, and in general there was a feeling that a lot of care taken so that our stay will be agreeable. There is a nice bar a minute away and several places to eat very close by, and there is easy transportation to Trafalgar square and St Pancras & King's Cross

An absolutely wonderful base for me and my two girls aged 13 and 9 who stayed occasionally. Everything was at our fingertips, transport to get anywhere in London. Nightlife, great restaurants walks in the parks and so much more. A lovely home over two levels which makes it great if you just need some space from each other. loads of great board games, gamer games also and videos to watch brilliant. An extremely well equipt kitchen also and loads of space indeed. Thank you so much Lucy a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to stay again if we got the chance...

Lucy's flat is the epitome of welcoming. We booked with rather short notice and she graciously accepted us, arranged for someone to meet us at the flat, and was available for random questions. The home is incredibly comfortable and inviting, the neighborhood excellently situated for quick access into the city center, and Lucy is a wonderful host. My husband and I would stay here again. Our hostess was lovely and very available whenever we had a request. Her flat was large, cosy and well equipped as regards the kitchen and the bathroom. The neighbourhood is quiet. It was easy to get there by bus , only 15 minutes to go to Euston station.
