We enjoyed having you stay with us, and we did not realise that you had any problems during your stay. We’re sorry to hear you were not completely satisfied with your stay, but we feel we must address some of the issues you had:
We informed you that we also list the living room on Airbnb before you arrived, and you seemed fine with it. The girl staying on the sofa bed was very nice, quiet and friendly to everyone, so we are not sure why this was a problem for you.
We were installing curtains in the living room while you and the other guests were out of the apartment, and we asked you to notify us when you wanted to sleep or if it was disturbing you. As you did not tell us, we had no way of knowing it was a disturbance for you. If you feel that having some equipment for installing the curtains in the living room is “quite messy”, then we apologise, but it was necessary and has been completed now.
As for hardly ever seeing us in the apartment, we had several nice conversations with you and you seemed to find our advice about Melbourne to be helpful, so we have no idea where this complaint is coming from.
