New, central apartment in Kreuzberg with huge windows and two balconies. Walk to Potsdamer Platz in 30 min, to Tempelhofer Feld in 20 min, stroll through the parks and cafés of nearby Bergmannkiez or just watch trains passing by from the living room
The 96m2-apartment is part of a new complex with large windows, high ceilings and maisonette-style apartments which has won architectural prizes for its original urban design. It fits right into the generous open space created by the railroad bridges and tracks in front of it. In spite of the trains passing by it is very quiet thanks to high-standard insulation and windows. The bedroom goes out to a quiet inner court and faces east - so let the sunlight tickle you in bed. (If you're not into that, thick curtains will protect you though).
Zugang für Gäste
If you are more than 2 people, up to two can sleep on the sofa in the living room which can be pulled out.

I love to travel and meet new people, have done some couchsurfing and hosted a bunch of people both through couchsurfing and Airbnb. For almost three years I lived in Beijing as a foreign corresponding, now I am an editor for a magazine in Berlin. I enjoy the outdoors, swing dance, reading and writing
