Newly renovated, modern lower level apartment steps from Runnymede Subway Station, the trendy Bloor West Village and High Park. Spacious 800sq. ft pad in one of the most recognizable houses, in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Toronto.
I take a lot of pride in this space that I've custom outfitted and designed for creating a unique and personal experience for my guests.
Directly across from one of the most beautiful churches in Toronto.
The space is a stand alone 2 bedroom + Den apartment with private entry, in the lower level of a 95 year old home. Walk to get your groceries, cook it up on the bbq...walk to one of many different amazing restaurants...or take the subway to any area of our amazing city...live a day (or more) as a Torontonian!
I am available for any level of interaction as I live on the main floor. However, I also travel a lot and sometimes rent out the main floor apartment as well. Having lived in the neighborhood for the last 10 years, I've accumulated a vast list of cool, fun and enjoyable things to do. To maximize the enjoyment of this space, I've worked very hard to include an incredibly comprehensive guide for the neighborhood (as well as the apartment).
Truly one of the nicest neighborhoods in Toronto. We are 5-7 mins from the subway station, which will take you anywhere in Toronto, as well as the Bloor West Village which is full of life and charm....
We are a 10-12 min walk (2 min bike ride) from High Park- Toronto's biggest park.
We are 18-20min walk (5 min bike ride) from the Junction, which is a recently gentrified neighborhood that has completely come alive! It also has an amazing Farmers Market on Saturdays from 9am-1pm.
His and Her bicycles are provided as part of the rental.
20 min drive from Toronto Pearson Airport ($35 by taxi).

I am available for interaction as I live on the main floor. However, I also travel a lot and sometimes rent out the main floor apartment as well, so sometimes it isn't me living on the main floor, but other guests instead. Having lived in the neighborhood for the last 10 years, I've accumulated a vast list of cool, fun and enjoyable things to do. To maximize the enjoyment of this space, I've included a very comprehensive guide for the neighborhood (as well as the apartment).

The house is almost 100 years old, which creates a ton of charm...but in order to keep it that way, we have to give up on some of the modernized elements. Sound transference through the floors is noticeable, as well as the very occasional house settling noises.
I've had only 2 sets of tenants (meaning, they were happy enough in the unit to stay a long while) in the 8 years that I owned the house before I turned it into a short stay apartment. In fact, the first tenant only moved out because she did so to marry one of the most famous Toronto athletes of all time (Roberto Alomar), and moved in with him- TRUE STORY- If you're a Toronto Blue Jays fan...he's been here!
Please take your shoes off in the foyer.
No loud music after 11pm.
No parties bigger than the group listed as staying.

I'm an entrepreneur who developed a product and company in University. I've enjoyed the ride of growing a business for the last 15 years, but the last two have been the most fun.
The company has never been more successful, but the fun part is that we owe it to going "office-less". We shut the doors of our office 2 years ago, and the entire staff (7 of us) moved to the online world. We communicate and have meetings via , and live on a shared drive.
The reason I share this here is that my life has become totally free as a result. My office is where my laptop is, which is ridiculously conducive to travelling! Although travelling has always been a staple in my life (I've visited approximately 30 different countries), recently it's become a lifestyle.
Although i've had many different travel companions, one of my favourite is my 11 year old Rhodesian Ridgeback dog that's always more than happy to hop in a canoe for a camping trip.
I truly live in one of the nicest neighbourhoods in one of the best Countries in the world. I think i carry that with me wherever I go...
