## You will get your own copy of the key as well as a key fob (to access the gym, pool, and front entrance if doorman not present). Freshly laundered bed and bath linens provided.

There is a lockbox on the door frame that has an attached key inside you can use to get in. You will get code when you book. Please PUT THE KEY BACK in the lockbox (instruction on re-attaching below). We use that as a spare key and you may lock us out if you don't put it back. There is a $50 charge if we get locked out (building lock-out fee).

Your key will be inside the unit on the glass end table at end of kitchen to left of door as you enter.

To re-attach lockbox face just re-enter code, put bottom back in place, push top lever down, and rock back into place. You can gew-gle "supra pushbutton lockbox instructions" if you need more help. Again, we may charge if this is not done.

Once inside, you have access to everything but master bed and bath. I leave the bottom shelf of the fridge open for guest use. The building has a gym (two separate rooms), pool, grilling area on the 14th floor you can access with your key fob.

The door automatically locks so you don't need to lock it behind you.

Most of the lights have dimmer switches, which means there is a tiny slider next to the switch. If your lights are too dim, just slide it up.

The door to the unit automatically locks so you only need to shut the door.

PUT THE LOCKBOX KEY BACK after you use it to get it. We use it as a spare key and if we get locked out, we have to pay the building $50 to let us in, and we will pass that on to you.

Please put your luggage on the provided luggage racks to prevent spread of bed bugs that may have attached themselves to your bags. Apparently they are everywhere, impossible to get rid of, and won't travel down luggage racks.

Please don't make too much noise after 10:30 pm.

Please leave your shoes by the door.

NO SMOKING cigarettes inside. You can smoke on the balcony but please dispose of all cigarette butts.

If you spill, I have things you can use to clean up. It's not a big deal. If I find it after you leave obviously I will have to charge. Please just be upfront so we can try to fix the problem together.

Lost key is $25, lost fob is $50; I have to pay to get new ones so I'm not making money.

Die Unterkunft ist genau so wie beschrieben. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Der Gastgeber war sehr diskret bis fast nicht wahrnehmbar. Alles in allem empfehlenswert.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Appartment. Die Lage war total super - sehr gut gelegen, nahe der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Es war sauber, ordentlich, perfekt für 2. Mit Rob hat alles gut funktioniert. Er war nicht sehr gesprächig, aber freundlich. Wir hatten wirklich "Privatsphäre".

Very nice and clean apartment in a great location. We did not see Rob a whole lot but when we did he was kind and ready to answer all questions. Communication via email was quick at all times. We would definitely stay there again!

The apartment and description provided by Rob are excellent. I was on a busy business trip and haven't seen much of Rob. The two times we have seen each other, Rob was friendly and open for any questions. We also exchanged text messages via mobile whenever needed. I certainly would recommend the place to anyone who is looking for a great location to stay, but not for "family inclusion" :-) It's perfectly located with a fabulous view and you have your own retreat when/if needed. I certainly would come back and stay there if I need to go back to Chicago downtown.

Rob's place is just perfect to explore Chicago from the center. Perfect public transport connection, next bike-sharing divvy-station just 2 blocks away. Room is very (URL HIDDEN) everything at Robs place. I can just recommend...!

I run my own real estate development company and buy and build property in the city. I love living in Chicago, particularly my neighborhood, and look forward to letting others experience it.

I try to keep a pretty regular schedule that has me up every day at 7 am and in bed by 10:30 or so.

I try to give guests their space, and I can be pretty introverted if I'm busy with work, so if I don't interact much it's me, not you! I'm happy to answer any questions about the city or anything that's not in the itinerary.
