The large living room with soaring wood beam ceiling and fireplace has commanding ocean views and walks out onto the outdoor entertainment area with pool and spa. You MUST read the 'House Rules' below. By booking a reservation, you are agreeing to the House Rules and agree to abide by all terms and conditions.
WE DO NOT HOST EVENTS. This includes weddings and wedding parties, and any other type of gathering/party that would cause noise problems in this very quiet and exclusive neighborhood.
Pricing is for occupancy up to 11 persons. We do not allow more than 11 guests staying at the property. We do not allow motor homes etc. with additional guests to stay at the property.
The term of this lease shall run for the period specified in the Airbnb reservation and confirmation, agreed to by the guest.
Guest agrees that no more than 11 individuals shall reside at the leased premises. Guest also agrees that there will be no large gatherings other than family and friends. The property shall not be used in any commercial film/picture use such as movie or advertisement.
NO off street parking. Guest agrees to park only on the property, never beyond the driveway.
Guest assumes the sole risk and responsibility for all loss, damage or injury to his own property occasioned by any cause whatsoever, save for owner's gross negligence.
Tenant's and their guest's personal property, including vehicles, are not insured by owner against loss or damage occasioned by any cause whatsoever, including the negligent act of others. Owner does not insure against personal injury to tenant, guests or licensees due to any reason. Tenant acknowledges that owner does not carry such insurance.
Guest shall not sublet the leased premises nor assign its leasehold interest without written consent of the owner.
Guest shall not, nor shall guest allow others to occupy the leased premises for any purpose usually denominated extra hazardous for fire insurance purposes by insurance companies, nor sell, display or store any hazardous , toxic, corrosive, flammable or explosive substances on or about the premises. NO FIREWORKS OR ILLEGAL OPEN FIRES.
Guest agrees to the following obligations expected during the term of the lease:
- No pets and no smoking.
Guest agrees to indemnify, defend and hold owner harmless from all loss or damage arising from an injury suffered on the premises by the neglect or improper conduct of any such persons. Guest shall indemnify and hold harmless the owner for any liability arising before termination of the lease, for personal injuries or property damage caused by the negligent, wilful or intentional conduct of tenant or tenant's guests, invitees or employees.
Owner or an agent of the owner may enter the premises at reasonable times, with reasonable notice to tenant, in order to protect, inspect or make repairs.
NO amplified music.
This Rental Agreement is a legally binding contract made and entered into as of the Reservation Date generated by Airbnb and agreed to by owner and guest. The parties enter into this agreement under the terms and conditions above.
