The following policies are in effect at all VACATION RESORT SOLUTIONS properties. Fines, fees or other penalties will apply and will be strictly enforced due to failure of these rules.

Vacation Resort Solutions , LLC. (“Rental Management”), and Guest agree as follows: Above Guest is an adult (25 years of age or older) and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period. Other occupants will be family members, friends or responsible adults. Use of the premises will be denied to persons not falling within the foregoing categories, and as a result they would have to vacate the property immediately without any refund. No keys or codes will be issued to anyone who is not an adult.

· NO PETS are allowed in any property without written consent and full payment of applicable pet fee.

· SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED at all properties, indoors or out, at ALL time. Fines will be assessed. · Illegal substances and underage drinking are against the law and are prohibited. Proper authorities will be contacted.

· Please do not disturb the neighbors. Loud noise and access to back yards and hot tubs is prohibited after 10:00 pm.

· No additional overnight guests are allowed. Prior to check-in, VACATION RESORT SOLUTIONS must receive an updated Occupants List, if different from that received at time of reservation.

· A $50 FEE PER PERSON PER NIGHT FEE WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR ADDITIONAL OVERNIGHT GUESTS NOT THAT EXCEED MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY LISTED ON OUR WEBSITE. · No large gatherings such as, but not limited to: (5 or more additional guests), receptions, luncheons, events, weddings, etc. are allowed without expressed written consent from VACATION RESORT SOLUTIONS.

· STREET PARKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AT ALL PROPERTIES AND AT ALL TIMES. Vehicles parked in the street WILL be towed at Tenant’s expense. · 4 cars maximum per property Parking is limited to garages and drive ways ONLY. · No RVs, boats, trailers, or campers may be parked at the properties without advanced written consent.

· Upon checkout, all doors and windows must be securely locked, with the exception of the interior garage door. Keys and garage door openers must be left on kitchen counter. · Trash cans must be put out and returned on the appropriate day and time. Times are posted on the fridge and in guest book. · VACATION RESORT SOLUTIONS requires at least one party signing the contract to reside at the property for the entire rental period.

Wonderful hosts. No exaggerations here! Everything was perfect, clean, accessible, beautifully decorated and kept. Kelly and Brandy were perfect communicative hosts which we were grateful for. This is our second time in this unit and not our last! We love it! and highly recommend it. We love sitting in the back watching the sun set over the golf course. Beautifully relaxing and having the pool just out the front door was great for the kids. Great high ceilings make the place feel larger than the pictures show. So grateful for this home away from home.

If you want a place with an amazing view and lots of room this is the place to stay! Large windows/doors looking out over a beautiful vista. Plenty of room inside and a great layout. It's great to be so close to the two pools. There is also a city park at the entrance that you can fish in and yes, you can catch fish! Kelly and Brandy were very easy to work with. We loved out trip! Thanks

Perfect stay. The beds were great. TV was great. Great view to the west on a golf course. The location was great. Very convienent to zion ntl park. We hiked during the day and then drove to cedar city to see plays at night. It's close to the freeway and an easy freeway drive from cedar city.

We were very much satisfied with our stay for 3 nights at this great place, conveniently located accross the road to the community building with 2 nice pools and 2 spa's. The neighbourhood is comfortable and secure, we watched golf karts in the morning on the porch while there was still shade. Unfortunately, the parasol was broken and the hot tub was missing, could have been nice in the afternoon when the sun was burning. Zion is 45 minutes away, an easy and pleasant drive. Bryce is somewhat further away, about 2 hours, but worth the effort. We could not locate the fourth bed, but managed with three in a luxurious, spacious house. We would recommend this place to family and friends.
