Any errors you spot please let me know. I am attempting to be as comprehensive as possible but I may have missed things that should be addressed and over stated things as well. So feel free to talk to me about all. My main ambition is for me to be the Host with the most ;-)
The residence is a 4th floor walk-up (no elevator).
The residence is non-smoking, everywhere.
HOUSE ETIQUETTE The City streets and especially The Mission District sidewalks are “gritty" to say the least. I like to keep an extra clean home so I ask that you remove your shoes upon entering the flat, and designate a pair of “house" shoes/slippers/socks to wear in-doors.
SECURITY DEPOSIT Although I DO NOT charge a security deposit, you agree to be responsible for any damage or loss caused by you. You're also trusted to report accidental damage to the Host when it happens.
No additional guest are allowed overnight or invited over without prior consideration by the Host.
DRUGS AND ALCOHOL; No recreational drugs or excessive alcohol use is allowed on the premises by guest, again unless prior consideration of the Host. We do have many occasions for celebration with friends (This one is a bit tricky as I am grass friendly in an infrequent socially casual way). So I'm not perfectly square.

Guest's may use the right side of the silver metal cabinet with grey and white boxes. A hair Dryer is also for your use. Additional towels and toilet tissue are found there as well.
NO ACETONE use in the house unless supervised by the host (Ladies you know what this means. Accidents are very costly). I have a very good referral for a nail salon close by.

THE KITCHEN is fully equipped and can be used upon request. All clean-up should take place immediately after use. There is NO EXHAUST VENT, certainly an inhibitor to cooking anything that will smoke. The Host should be consulted before you get going in the kitchen, but certainly it can be used.

My Motto; "Every Day is a Good Day!"
Something about me and my home; I’m 58, gay, very fit and energetic, very outgoing and easy going. I’ve lived in California my whole life and have traveled the world extensively. I moved to the SF Mission District the summer of 2009 from San Luis Obispo where I was for 12 years and before that I was in So-Cal, Anaheim. I absolutely love living in SF and even more being in the Mission District.
At age 21, I started a business which fulfills insurers’ responsibilities for auto losses involving car stereo theft. I virtualized the company office in 2010 allowing all of my employees to work from home and tele-commute to our virtual office. What a truly incredible times we are living in. As of June 30th 2017 I have retired from this adventure just shy of 36 years! and I'm really excited about what's next.
I am an avid traveler, an amateur chef and enjoy Bikram yoga. I LOVE being an AirBnB Super HOST and take the job seriously. I also sing on Sunday’s as a member of the ensemble at Glide SF I ride a bicycle as my preferred mode of transport. I enjoy cycling around SF and out to the beach or Marin. I’m very social in a home based style. My daily routine starts a 730. I then go to yoga (Mission Yoga) 1.5 blocks away about 9 AM for a 90 minute hot yoga class. I come home and have breakfast and spend the rest of the morning doing chores. Dinner time comes early 7 ish, and then I watch a foreign film or catch up on reading. I turn in at 9 or 9:30 PM. This is not to say that I am inflexible for social invitations but a routine works well for me and I love my sleep.
As for my place, the location and views are arguably the best the Mission District could offer. The private roof deck a green oasis for the otherwise concrete jungle of a Mission Street residence. My residence faces west so it's on the street side and is usually quite noisy from the street people, traffic and sirens. I sleep with earplugs and wouldn't move anywhere else. The sun always seems to shine in the Mission. The three bedrooms are all well sized and comfortably appointed two having queen size beds, and the third a Twin bed. All have dressers and side tables and the closets are built out.
Here are a couple of links to local online local rags that are very informative about the happenings in the Mission and throughout San Francisco and my AirBnB offer listings;
