Enjoy the sights, sounds, and smell of the ocean from this 900-square-foot contemporary style oceanfront retreat on one acre walkable to the beach.
The house features unobstructed panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and pastoral hills. The property borders expansive state park to the west and has direct walking access through the sand dunes to the beach, farmer's market, and community center.
There are three beds: a queen in the master bedroom, one double in the second bedroom, and another double in the open loft. There are no window treatments in the home.
Wireless internet is available with your personal cellular hotspot (Verizon coverage is the most reliable) and intermittently with one of the neighboring networks. There is no house phone, TV/video monitor, cable, internet, or computer. There is a speaker with aux cable for listening to music on your personal device.

Confirmed guests will receive key instructions the week prior to arrival.
If you plan to use the grill let me know before your arrival date.
Stay in or enjoy the many nearby attractions of the coastal and inland communities. The breathtaking beauty and quiet of this area with the modern simplicity of the interior space and minimal technology will leave you rejuvenated and the experience unforgettable.
Fine dining, wine tasting, fresh baked goods, green seafood, local organic produce, hiking, kayaking, surfing, horseback riding, biking, and much more are all readily accessible from this weekend getaway or vacation spot.
A favorite whale migration vantage point is the overlook at Bodega Head in April and May and again in November through January.
Enjoy the Farmer's market at the Bodega Bay Community Center weekly the last Sunday in May through the second to last Sunday in October, 10am-2pm.

It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach from the house either through the sand dunes or along the tree line or taking the street through the Salmon Creek neighborhood

Sonoma County PRMD requires the following information be included on this listing:
1. Quiet hours are 10PM-7AM to be observed by all guests
2. The maximum number of guests is 6
3. The maximum number of vehicles is 2
(1 car per bedroom)

The views are not affected
1. Bring cut dry fire wood maximum length 9 inches and please do not burn shiny or waxy paper it damages the fireplace
2. Conserve water when possible
3. Take shoes off while inside the sand damages the concrete floors
4. Please load & run dishwasher & place used towels in the bathroom laundry basket at departure
5. Please separate all garbage from recycling and place all refuse from inside the house in the labelled bins within a shed found South of the parking area
6. Please Close AND Lock all windows and doors when leaving the property and at departure
