We truly enjoyed staying at Resortica's condo. The condo had everything that we needed (including an outdoor grill) for a wonderful vacation. Additionally, the condo was centrally located close to a beautiful beach, shopping plaza and restaurants. We would highly recommend staying at Resortica's place. Mahalo!

The Condo is newer construction, clean and nice quality overall, which is exactly what we expected from the pictures. Location is great, no views from inside unit, but across the street are two shopping plazas with a good grocery market and restaurants. The cons - there are some things that were negatives and I think its important for future renters to know; we booked this condo over several others we considered (same area and were cheaper) because of 2 key amenities & unfortunately both were not usable & were a big disappointment: 1) Bikes - the bikes listed and shown in pictures were the big draw for us for our young boys...we were in Hawaii for 3 weeks and this was a unique amenity we wouldn't have elsewhere. Unfortunately the bikes are not cared for between tenants, 2 bikes had completely flat tires, 1 so flat we couldn't even walk it anywhere to get air, there was no pump, & only solution offered by Resortica was to walk them 1/2 mile to the gas station...this made the bikes a completely unusable amenity for us. 2) Landscapers digging up grass from Lanai - The ground floor lanai access to the grass for our 8 and 6 year old boys to be able to go out and play was our biggest reason in booking here...the first morning of our trip we awoke ready to eat breakfast on the Lanai at 7:30 only to be surprised by 3 large landscapers standing on the porch digging out the grass. They were there about an 2hrs and dug out about 2 feet of grass from the patio outward, leaving it mud the rest of our week stay. We called the manager about this and were told it was a multi-week landscaping project that they were not pre-notified about thus they couldn't warn us...this is the negative of separate onsite management and rental management - no coordination.. we couldn't use the lanai that morning at all but they did put 2 stepping stones in later that day so we could cross the mud. 3) Noise from other units, you hear every footstep from unit above, we just were in 5 other rentals and hotels and never had that issue, this condo is not well insulated so you hear everything being below other rentals! 4) WIFI Thermostat - thermostat kept changing temperature or changing to heat, either being controlled by someone remotely or some preset program we couldn't access, that is a basic amenity that shouldn't have that kind of hassle. 5) Digital Door Lock - the only way to enter every time is a 7 digit code in the keypad...difficult to remember with the long code..and moreover a security concern as there was no way to secure the door from the inside beside this 1 lock that could be opened by a number of people who likely have that code - cleaner, maint, manager, owner, etc. Needs a clasp lock like hotels have or other extra...

We've spent 4 nights in the Waikoloa Beach Villa. The apartment is good located - stores, restaurants, bars are within walking distance and a beach is also close by. We found everything we needed either in the apartment or beach gear in the garage, especially the barbecue in the garden was something we've really enjoyed. Highly recommendable!

We had a great time in this spacious and beautiful place. There are everything you need, enough space and a pool and fitness center very close and nice to use! Strongly recommanded
