This is a big apartment, 4 rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a living room. We are three relaxed and casual females with varying work schedules. We have a dedicated space in the kitchen and in the bathroom for our Airbnb guest for food and toiletries. The guest is invited to live like our roommate during the stay, so go ahead, enjoy the kitchen and the relaxing atmosphere of the living room while listening to live Cello (one of the roommates is a professional Cellist and sometimes practices during the day time - only).

This room is located right by the apartment's front entrance. This is great if you are out discovering the City's night life and find yourself arriving past 12am since your entry will not disturb the other roommates .

Myself and roommates are happy to chat, recommend activities, and help in general whenever our schedule allows. So if you bump into us during your stay be sure to say hi! If, however, our schedules don't coincide, guests can always send the host (me) an email with questions at anytime since I often check my phone.

Manhattan’s Washington Heights is a diverse, lively neighborhood in upper Manhattan located between 155th Street to the South, Dyckman Street to the North, and the East River and Hudson River to the east and west, respectively. The neighborhood is largely made of pre-war buildings with classic architecture, plus Washington Heights has an abundance of green spaces: there are 7 different parks and many recreational areas. Its hilly terrain creates great views of the Hudson River and the Palisades Cliffs in New Jersey as well. It also has many remarkable cultural centers. The Cloisters, a branch of the Metropolitan Museum of Art devoted to Medieval art, is a world-class museum, and The Historic Society of America is another great museum located nearby. Washington Heights also includes the sub-neighborhoods of Hudson Heights, Fort George and Sherman Creek, which give it a great deal of variation without altering the identity that makes Washington Heights special. There lots of great local restaurants ranging from Italian to Mexican to Dominican and an abundance of gourmet and budget grocery stores/supermarkets

The 5 different subway lines that run through the neighborhood connect the neighborhood exceptionally well to the rest of Manhattan. Our apartment is located exactly 3 blocks away from the A (blue line) and the 4 blocks away from the 1 (red line). Approximately 4-6 minutes walk to each.

There is a washing machine in our apartment (free) and coin dryers in the basement of our building.
