Gary, as per our conversation your apartment was switched due to a last minute extension from a current guest. I am sure that you would have appreciated the same consideration. Nonetheless, you were notified IN WRITING of the change in apartment well before your arrival. There is not going to be a good enough excuse except that the 3 bed detail was overlooked during the last minute change so I truly apologize for any inconvenience. However, you did called unnecessarily irate all the while we were just going through an abrupt loss of my cousin who died a short battle from liver cancer. You continued to be irate even though you were informed that the 3rd bed would be placed and you received it on the same day of your arrival. By the evening you received the 3rd bed suitable for a child under 10 yrs old which happen to be a hotel quality roll-away bed. In regards to the rest of your comments, all guests are notified IN WRITING of the terms and conditions prior to the acceptance of a reservation. All guests are informed IN WRITING of any changes or notices that relates to their reservation, the apartment and the building. Guests are at their own discretion to read fully what they are BILATERALLY signing up for. As far as I am concerned, in a court of LAW, what is IN WRITING is enforceable above any testimony. We are proud of the ORGANIZED service we provide to our guests. We have the testimony of our loyal clientele and the reviews which are IN WRITING on AIRBNB to prove.
