* Failure to comply with the house rules may result in termination of permission to occupy the Property and eviction.
*In case of loss/damage of keys, a replacement fee will be charged (additional charges if locks need to be changed).
*Basic linen will be provided. No pool or beach towels provided. For longer stays, what you may need to take with you are extra sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, beach/swimming pool towels.
*Parties and functions are strictly prohibited.
* Smoking is strictly not permitted in the property.
*Pets - Small /Quiet(no barking etc) Pets are welcome in secure backyard/apartment(on approval only).
Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Any evidence of pets on beds/furniture and uncollected ‘doggy waste' on grassed arear may incur extra cleaning fees.
* The towels should be left in a good condition in the villa on departure. Please DO NOT use the towels for makeup removal as this can permanently stain the towel. You will be charged for any missing/makeup stained towels, linen, contents or accidental damage to the property during your stay.
*It is your responsibility to keep the property clean and neat during your stay including using the dishwasher/dishes or crockery washed , washing machine for towels, pillow cases & linen if required, changing light bulbs & TV/air conditioner remote/clock batteries when necessary.
*You must comply with all applicable House Rules and all instructions from Management and the caretakers of the Property concerning occupancy, property, health, safety and quiet enjoyment of the Property and our neighbours
*You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the Property and any part of it during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately. Management may recover from you repair or replacement cost (at Management's discretion).
*Only the guests nominated and agreed in the booking may stay in the property overnight.
*Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination and eviction without refund and extra charges may be made for security and other expenses.
* Whenever you are absent from the Property, close all windows and doors to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage.
*We request you to please be conscious about the use of electricity & turn off lights/air conditioners/heaters/dryers when leaving the apartment.
**Garbage taken out – Big council bins located near building entrance.
*** Cleaning will occur before you check in and after you check out. There will no cleaning service during your stay.
***WIFI (if purchased when booking)- $30 for 3GB. If usage exceeds this limit , charges of $10 per extra 1GB used above this limit will apply.**

Good location. Close to Waterworks Road but not much noise. Close to buses to the city. Unit was newish. Very clean. Nice paved area out the front. Just a view of retaining walls from bedrooms though. Well equipped. Everything worked well.

Lovely apartment and great location. Jose & Jay were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Hi Imtiyaz, That's a great suggestion! We are currently waiting for Telstra to connect the phone line and broadband (with WIFI). This is a newly constructed property and therefore it is taking a while. Please do visit again!
