Sorry about the dishes if that was the case, when I cleaned the house myself I only went down a few dishes, I could have checked them all. The spilled beverage on the antique table took off felt from lamp when lamp was removed to clean, I'm not charging for that, just extra cleaning and broken plant stand that was also not reported. New items still being found: broken closet door where brooms/mops/duster/trash bags stored; plugged garbage disposal. Not sure what you mean by disrepair, I've high standards, and wouldn't live in a disheveled home and won't offer my guests anything I wouldn't live in myself. The heating is discussed in the House Manual under House Climate and Entertainment - which temps are more comfortable, where vents are, that upstairs will always be warmer. The extra cleaning funds from deposit are requested as house was left a mess, floors used as trash can, guest did not clean linens and towels as requested in listing (which is why cleaning costs WERE so low). It's three bedrooms, approx 1900sf. We have two closets of cleaning tools, a brand new swiffer, and a laundry room full of cleaning supplies, a house manual for guidance, and notes about quirks in the listing. House is set to run independently of outside assistance, it's my home, it's fully functional and operational, you don't need to bring anything except clothes and a toothbrush. Yes, I would like folks who want to stay to respect the home's age, the antiques, be independent, communicate needs, and understand it's not a new home, it has quirks. Thank you for your review.
