There's a very cozy kitchen with all the usual stuffs in kitchens such as fridge, stove, oven, microwave and plenty of cupboards, a table with four seats, a telephone.
In the bathroom there's a toilet, bath and shower and a washing machine.
In the living room/bedroom which is divided into two parts, there's a tv, a dvd player a sofa which can be opened as a double bed. And a big empty wardrobe with full length mirrors.
In a small additional room behind the main room there's a toilette in one end, and a desk in the other end. There's also a printer.
The flat is reallly warm - so don't worry about cold winters!
Its a short walk (2 minutes) to Abay street - one of the main streets in the city, and you can find everything you need along the street within a walking distance - restaurants (the closest one is chinese restaurant, then a little further is Teremok whihc is mixed cuisine: Russian/European?mb a few kazakh meals with a nice summer terrace, and two streets away my favourite place with Italian bakery and very nice pasta) shops, supermarkets, banks, offices, gym etc! The tube station is about 10 minutes walk (or less) and there are plenty of bus stops around.
What to expect - you will be provided with a clean flat, with bedsheets and towels and if there's anything else you might need I live just a block away so feel free to ask anytime.
You will be given plenty of tips and advice if needed, and possibly free guiding tours (with Engliish speaking guide - i.e. me) if you happen to stay over a weekend or days off.
It's near main roads yet the house is not situated along the roads as you can see on the map - hence its a very quiet place.
Overall it is a nice flat, which I had shared for 2 years as a student, the only drawback is lack of a proper bed but we got by using that sofa; will provide you with plenty of pillows and thick blankets to make up for it :)
закрывать окна, ничего не портить, и держать квартиру в разумной чистоте.close the windows, don't damage anything and keep the flat reasonable clean.
