WELCOME to Glacier's Reach located in Village North. This large 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom town home features a PRIVATE HOT TUB on the patio as well as a common hot tub & outdoor pool (open year round).
Glaciers Reach is located steps from the Whistler Marketplace with restaurants, stores and entertainment on your doorstep.
In the summer, it is a very popular area for biking, hiking, golf & has a swimming beach nearby at Lost Lake Park. Lost Lake trails and lake are close by offering hiking and XC biking trails. You are right across the street from Marketplace with all the shops you need, and Whistler Olympic Plaza which has a great children's playground, large park community space and stage where you can catch an array of free performances. Glaciers Reach is the perfect location all year round!
In the Winter, you can walk through the Village to the slopes (approx. 10 min) or jump on the free shuttle bus located just outside the complex that will drop you at the base of Whistler mountain. Right across the street in the Olympic Plaza there is free skating and a small tubing area for the kids. You are a short walk away from tons of XC skiing and snowshoeing trails.
This home is ground floor over one level. There are two entrances to the suite, one on each side of the property. The main entrance has storage space for all of your gear. There is open plan living with a full kitchen, dining and living room with large flat screen TV. The master bedroom boasts a King bed, flat screen TV and en suite bathroom with its own separate entrance. The second bedroom has a queen bed and large closet. There is a second bathroom in the hall. Other features include a washer / dryer and a secure underground parking spot making this property the ideal place for longer stays or just a quick weekend getaway for the entire family. This home sleeps up to 6 guests as there is a double sofa bed in the living area. Free WiFi, cable and local calls included. Note: the king bed can be spit into two twins with a minimum of a week's notice. Parking includes one free parking stall in secure underground. Guest parking is available on a first come first serve basis. Any additional cars will need to be parked off site in paid lots.

Payment and Cancellations
The guests shall not let / sublet all or any part of the Premises nor assign this agreement without prior written consent.
Harmony Whistler encourages guests to purchase 3rd party cancellation insurance to avoid fees in the event of a cancellation needing to be made.
Non Canadian Guests, please note that some credit card companies may charge you a padded exchange rate or a foreign transactions fee.
The check-in procedures will be confirmed via. email 7 days before arrival. The majority of our properties have door codes which will be issued to you for the dates of your stay.
All properties will be ready for check-in by 4:00pm. If you wish to check-in earlier, please let us know. We will do our best to make it happen. Check-out is 10am on the day of departure.
Prior to check-in, guests will be required to provide a credit card for a pre-authorization of $500 plus photo identification. The pre-authorization will be released after check out and will only be charged up to $500 after departure if property is damaged, requires excessive cleaning, or if items are missing. The credit card provided must be in the name of the main guest, no third party credit cards will be accepted.
Guests are expected to notify Harmony Whistler immediately upon arrival of any damage to the unit is noticed. The guest accepts the Premises in its present condition and agrees to take good care of the Premises during their stay and further agrees to pay all costs to replace or repair any property damaged by the guest during their stay.
Guests must be 25 years of age to make a reservation and must provide ID at check-in unless prior approval has been given. No groups or under 25's allowed unless previously authorized. Harmony Whistler retains the right to refuse access to any property if this condition has not been met and no refund will be provided.
The property will be clean and ready for your arrival. Daily housekeeping is available for an extra fee. For stays of eight days or more, there will be a mid-week clean if requested by the guest. All properties have laundry facilities either in the unit or in the building. Adequate quantities of towels will be provided for the number of people booked.
Most properties have a specified parking stall for one vehicle, unless otherwise stated (exceptions - The Aspens & Glacier Lodge). There is visitor parking at most complexes, on a first come, first served basis. If your vehicle is over sized, it can be difficult to accommodate in Whistler and parking for such vehicles may not be available at peak times. Please contact Harmony Whistler to discuss options. Parking instructions will be given with check-in details.
All properties are non-smoking inside the property. Please limit smoking to balcony or patio areas where permissible. Please do not dispose of cigarette butts over the railings as this is considered a fire hazard. Any units with evidence of smoking inside will result in a $500 fine.
Pets of any kind are not permitted in any of our properties unless agreed to in advance. Please contact Harmony Whistler for further information. There will be a $500 fine for any pets or evidence of pets found in the units, if permission has not been granted.
Excessive noise will not be tolerated. Security has the option to evict and / or fine guests, after one verbal warning.
Prices for Accommodation and packages are subject to change without notice, and reservations are based on availability. Bookings and prices are not confirmed until a non-refundable deposit has been received and confirmation email has been sent to Guest.
The Owner / Harmony Whistler shall not be liable to the guest for any injury or damage to person or property in or about the Premises by or from any cause whatsoever.
Each unit is privately owned and subject to availability. Due to unforeseen circumstances, should the reserved unit no longer be available for rental, Harmony Whistler reserves the right to relocate the guests to another unit of equivalent or superior quality.
