Breakfast is can either be taken in your room or in the large formal dining room, and we have very flexible hours for when we serve it. A continental-style breakfast comes with the price of the room, or you can chose to pay a little extra and we'll bring in a fancy breakfast made by a master chef at a restaurant down the street.
WINTER DREAMS ROOM: A favorite among many of our guests, this is one of the larger rooms in the Mansion. It is located on the main floor right off of the formal living room and it has its own fireplace* and its own private full bathroom. The king-size bed has a draped canopy and super high-quality bedding and linens and there is plenty of space for spreading out.

Our Innkeeper sometimes steps out to do some grocery shopping, so if you want to guarantee she is there when you arrive, you will need to coordinate an approximate check-in time with her prior to your arrival. A day or two ahead of time is usually best.
No pets are allowed at this property, but we have lots of other properties in the same neighborhood that pets are welcome at - please contact us if you want to bring your pet.

This is a very old house. It in in excellent shape, but it is an old house none the less. Do not expect a condo built in 2017.

I'm the owner of Wasatch Vacation Homes. I'm originally from Wahiawa, Hawaii but moved here to enjoy the Rocky Mountains and everything they have to offer. Before starting up this company, I served on active duty in the United States Army as a captain.
I have two other people who help me that you might come across: Cami is in charge of reservations and James is in charge of guests and the properties themselves.
We have several properties along the Wasatch Mountain Range, and we specialize in older, exquisitely-renovated single-family homes that are furnished with antiques and high-end furnishings. we also have a few downtown condos & studios. we cater to families, corporate groups, and groups of skiers/mountain bikers. Unlike the big vacation rental companies, we'll actually show up to greet you when you arrive and one of us will personally be available if you need anything.
All of our homes are in and around the Salt Lake City downtown area. I chose this area so that my guests can explore the majestic beauty of the many secluded canyons along the Wasatch & Oquirrh mountain ranges, ski the world-famous Utah ski resorts, or mountain bike the challenging trails of the Uinta Mountains. Whether you are seeking a peaceful retreat, a romantic getaway, or simply need a place to rest between skiing the slopes, staying in a Wasatch Vacation Home will allow you to enjoy your trip without the hassle and high price of a hotel!
