PLEASE READ BELOW CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO MAKE RESERVATIONS, AS ANY VIOLATIONS TO THE HOUSE RULES MAY RESULT IN THE LOSS OF YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT AND/OR AN IMMEDIATE EVICTION WITH NO REFUND. BY SUBMITTING AN INQUIRY TO STAY, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
No smoking please. In some, not all cases, I allow pets. Please ask me about this BEFORE a reservation is made. Guests agree to respect Palm Springs quiet time from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. and not use amplified outdoor music. Over-occupancy will result in removal from the property with no refund.
Alexander Escape is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4.GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY: Palm Springs Noise Ordinance
a.This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with a noise ordinance that is strictly enforced by the local police as well as our Su Casa property management team. All guests are required to maintain reasonable and respectful low noise levels - especially outdoors and in evening hours - in consideration of our neighbors. Violation will result in City fines or loss of lease.
b.Outdoor amplified music is prohibited by City Ordinance, so we suggest that you bring your personal headphones. No speaker or boom box of any kind is permitted outside the property. Please be aware that the City of Palm Springs enforces this policy.
c.Any unreasonable noise disturbances resulting in a call to our property management team from a neighbor, a visit by either the police or our office can result in a minimum $250 charge.
d.Any Loud or Large Party or over-occupancy of home is strictly prohibited - and will result in immediate loss of lease and forfeiture of security deposit. Daytime and overnight occupancy limits for the home are specified on page 1 section 3 Maximum Occupancy of this Confirmation and are strictly enforced.
5.Keep the property and all furnishings in good order

7.PETS are permitted only with prior approval and with the additional $150 pet fee.
8.Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Stays longer than 7 days will require a $150 cleaning service.
9.Firepit: The firepit is gas/lava rock. Please do not use when windy.
10.Fireplace: The fireplace in the home is fire-glass. Do not place anything inside the fireplace—no cooking or burning of anything whatsoever. Do not allow children to touch the fire-glass.
11.Water and Sewer: The sewer system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the sewer system, you could be charged damages of up to $1000.
12.Storms: No refunds will be given for storms.
