This ultra chic two bed, two bath unit is located in historic Inman Park just a short distance from Krog Street Market, the Atlanta Belt Line, Little Five Points, Marta, parks and restaurants. The generous living room space, with views into the newly renovated kitchen, features a vintage fireplace, gorgeous original hard wood floors, and a private outdoor area. In the bedroom you'll find a serene setting with lots of natural light and a well appointed ensuite bath. The kitchen is a cooks delight with gleaming new appliances, bright and clean subway tile back splash and classic checkerboard floor.

This property is a duplex. Guests have access to all of Unit 2.

As little or as much interaction the guest prefers.

Inman Park is located on Atlanta's east side and is the city's first formally planned neighborhood. The late 1800's plan included electric street cars, which can still be seen in use along Edgewood Avenue. The neighborhood has proved its resiliency throughout history and is currently flourishing as one of Atlanta's many transforming and eclectic neighborhoods.

The neighborhood is exceptionally walkable, and several modes of public transportation are readily available. This home is just down the street from a MARTA station, and UBER/Lyft is always available.

A reservation agreement will be sent over for signature once the booking is confirmed. You will be required to provide a copy of your valid driver’s license to verify identity.

Please be mindful of utility usage - excessive usage will be the responsibility of the tenant.

Rates and availability are subject to change prior to booking, and potentially after booking if there is a maintenance or other unforeseen issue with the property. STAY will make every attempt to place guests into a like property, but cannot guarantee availability or rates.

PETS: STAY charges a non-refundable pet fee ranging from $150-$250 depending on the type/breed. Not all properties accept pets.

This is a non-smoking unit and Tenant will be charged a hefty fine/liquidated damages if there is evidence of smoking of any kind. Outside smoking of cigarettes is okay if butts are properly and safely disposed of. No parties or loitering in shared or public spaces are permitted. No criminal activity is permitted anywhere on or near the premises. No filming of any kind is permitted on the premises without express written consent. Please be mindful of the neighbors and respectful of the noise ordinance. Check in time is after 3pm - any early check ins will need to be approved in writing by property manager the day before check in. Tenants are not allowed in the unit prior to 3pm while it is still being cleaned. Check out time is by 11am sharp, unless property management has given written permission. An unapproved late check out will constitute as holdover, and will be charged as such.
