This second floor ocean front one bedroom, one bath unit is a stones throw away from the waters edge. If you want to be on the ocean and are on a budget, then you've come to the right place.

You can sit on your private lanai and watch the whales go by in the Winter months and watch sunsets all year round. If you want a unit that is close to the water, in a quiet complex, and has a swimming pool to enjoy then this is it, you don't have to look any further. The Kahana Reef grounds cover about 2 acres of prime oceanfront real estate. Each room faces the Pacific, offering tremendous views of Maui's famous sunsets, whales and the offshore islands Molokai and Lanai. This condo DOES NOT have air conditioning but because of the way the property is situated, you will be able to enjoy our famous Hawaii trade breezes.

Located along the beautiful west coast of Maui, Kahana is perfectly situated between Lahaina and Kapalua, surrounded by Maui's spectacular natural beauty.
Kahana has plenty of terrific restaurants and shops, but is more on the quiet and laid back side than the more populated Ka'anapali/Lahaina area just down the coast. The location is excellent for vacationers who want to be near the local attractions and amenities, but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. Kahana offers many casual restaurant options all within walking distance. Choose from Maui Brewing Company (we love their nachos with kalua pork), RB Black Angus, Dollie's Pub (nice happy hour, excellent pizza and casual pub grub food) and McDonald's. Directly across the street from the Kahana Reef is China Boat, a popular choice among locals in the area. There are also many great restaurants a short drive away in Kapalua, Kaanapali and Lahaina.
