This beautiful, cozy apartment is located in one of the best neighborhoods in New York, on the corner of Prospect Park. Downtown Manhattan is only 25 minutes away, and the apartment is walking distance from Barclays Center, Brooklyn Museum of Art, Brooklyn Academy of Music, Brooklyn Botanical Gardens and the Brooklyn Zoo. There is a plethora of venues featuring theater, music and film. Perfect for couples!
Feel at home while on vacation. The apartment is a bright, sunny space with comfortable furnishings and plenty of plants! It will accommodate two people comfortably, and two more in the living room. It is a true one bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe where you can hang your clothes. We also have a three-drawer dresser for your use. There is a nice sized kitchen with a large fridge, gas stove, plenty of counter space, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all essential cooking materials. The living room includes a pullout couch that can accommodate an additional two guests if needed. There is a 52 inch TV with Apple TV, HBO Now, Netflix, a DVD player, wifi, ethernet jack, and a table for four. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub. Linens provided. There is blow dryer in the bathroom and an iron and ironing board for your convenience!

We are a multi-cultural couple, living and working in New York. Randi is originally from the Midwest and works in International Human Rights. Soheil is from Iran and is a structural engineer. We love good food, hiking, hanging at the beach, biking, walking around Prospect Park, and the local music scene. We look forward to meeting you!
