New immaculate one bed airconditioned apartment. Best holiday location - close to Bang Tao beach, many restaurants, bars, boutiques, weekly Thai street markets and large foreign supermarket. Thai English speaking owner provides full holiday service. Please note that the apartment is not suitable for children as there is only one Queen bed.
The 27m2 apartment is situated on the preferred front of the building overlooking the lake viz photo. There is a sliding door separating the living room and kitchen from the bedroom and bathroom. The building is guarded 24/7 and there is one parking permit. I have two adjoining (not communicating) apartments which can be rented. together.

The restaurants shops etc are on your doorstep. Of particular note is the Villa Supermarket which is extremely well stocked and also has a separate coffee shop (Bake) selling French bread,croissants, pastries. Open from 8am to 10 pm.
