A unique,comfortable,private and quiet 2 bedroom (1 double bed, two single full beds) apt,with sitting room, bathroom and kitchen, in Shaker Hollow, a classic 1795 colonial, overlooking 3 1/2 acres of garden and meadow .Seperate staircase and entrance.The ground level seperate private kitchen has a small fridge, toaster oven, kettle, 2 electric cook rings, sink,laundry and seating at a farm table.Ample parking. Stone steps to the house may not be appropriate for anyone with mobility issues .
The Garden Apartment in Shaker Hollow is a seperate unique , quiet, private and comfortable space for up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms ,If only a single bedroom is required please let me know so we can discuss this .Parking is ample .The apartment wing has its own porched entrance and is accessed from a set of fieldstone steps from the parking area .The entrance opens into a mudroom and private kitchen with a small fridge, sink , toaster oven , kettle and full laundry .There is full china and flatware .There is a farmhouse table with chairs The Apartment is reached from the kitchen by Its own staircase .Both are separate from the rest of the house .The furniture and decoration is an eclectic mix of antiques and traditional pieces .Antique wood floors and the bedrooms have ample cupboards .

The stone steps(approximately 10 steps ) from the driveway parking area up to the apartment entrance are uneven ,with no rail and not recommended for persons with a walking disability
There is absolutely no smoking in the house , it is an old wood structure.This is dangerous and needs to be observed for safety issues .
Pets are welcome but we need to discuss prior to booking .
