This property is in a secure gated complex and is unique in Townsville as it is one of the only AirBNB's actually on and overlooking The Strand and all it has to offer. The parrots in the mornings are amazing. An ideal location for the beach, cafes, the Tobruk Pool (an Olympic sized pool), the casino, the city, the ferry terminal to Magnetic Island, the marina, the Aquarium and museum, the free art gallery and many tourist locations. There is nearly always a lovely sea breeze to be had. It is considered a safe area and a night walk on the beach cannot be beaten. There are free BBQ's across the road as is the Waterpark (our own water show).

Public Transportation is outside the front door and the airport is only approximately 10 minutes drive. Secure parking is available under the unit if required. The café strip is a very short walk as are numerous coffee shops, bars, restaurants, the marina, parks and gardens, the waterpark, an Olympic sized pool, the Magnetic Island ferry terminal,the casino, the city and the entertainment strip. A very modern and recently refurbished COLES SUPERMARKET is only 2 blocks away from the complex.

This apartment has position PLUS. THIS IS A TOTALLY RENOVATED TWO BEDROOM APARTMENT, available for short or long term.

Prices start from $120 per day but this totally depends on your requirements, the time of year and the period of stay. The owners personal items within the unit are there to be used but some items have been bought at a high monetary cost. Any breakages will be paid for by the guest.
