Small, cosy, sunny and quiet apartment apartment in an ancient building from the beginning of 19°century.The apartment is located in Corso Vittorio Emanuele at the height of Piazza Mazzini, very close to the metro station Salvator Rosa and 200 meters from the Funicolare di Montesanto.
You can reach in less than 15minutes by walk various main places of interest:the Archaeological Museum, Piazza Dante,Via Toledo and the very Old City centre.
The apartment is totally indipendent.
It has been part of a much larger, old family apartament (my parents still occupy an other indipendent portion of the appartament) and is completely renovated and full furnisched.
It consists of a large living room-with a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathrooms, two small bedrooms in a mezzanine, and one extra sofa/bed in the living room.
At the entrance of the apartament , in a small corridor, there is the access to a wooden staircase, leading to a mezzanine small room equipped with a queen-size bed.
The bright kitchen-living room has two windows and a balcony, overlooking gardens with lemons and figs. a spiral staircase leads to another mezzanine bedroom with two beds, which can turn in a double bed
The apartment is equipped with sheets and towels and wifi.
Breakfast stuff consist of coffee, tea, sugar, breakfast biscuits and jam, to be arranged by the guests themselves.
