We have a large deck with sun loungers and a bbq to cook on...led flatscreen smart tvs with access to netflix, youtube, etc...wifi available..upstairs you have a room where kids can hang out and play Foosball or playstation with plenty of games...downstairs we have a master with a king bed, with access to the backyard, another bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom. The living area is on the middle floor with a brand new kitchen and brand new stainless appliances, a dining room table that sits 8, living room with fireplace and 60" smart LED TV with access to netflix etc...this middle floor has access to the balcony, where the BBQ and the deck is located. The upstairs is a loft with 2 (URL HIDDEN) side has 2 queen beds the other side has a tv with a playstation and plenty of games a sofa sleeper futon that sleeps 2 and a Foosball table...

I dont like rules but here it goes...
1)Lake Arrowhead is reserved for the use of property owners and guests. You are our guests. If Necessary, when at the lake, identify yourself as the guest of Edgar Tavadjian, Lot 14, Tract 76.
2)Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
3)The wifi is “mycharterwifi5b-2g" password is “heavymoon738"
4)Leave Trash in the plastic bags tied and inside the trash bins by the parking driveway. If there is more trash than there are cans, please drop excess trash off at the dump on Highway 18 going towards Running Springs. Do not leave trash inside the home.
5)Very important: Leave furnace temperature set at 55 degrees when you checkout. Help us save on the electricity cost. Also please make sure on/off button is left at the on position.
6)Please make sure the light in the balcony is turned off when not using it and especially upon checkout…switch to the balcony light is located on the left hand side of sliding door.
7)You may leave nonperishable items (ketchup, mayo, beer, soda) in the refrigerator. All perishable items must be removed from the fridge and disposed of accordingly…
8)Please open chimney damper (pull handle forward) before using it, and close it when you checkout.
9)For heat in the downstairs bedrooms, leave the bedroom doors closed at all times including the bathroom door.
10)Access to the lake and picnic area is less than 5 minutes walking distance. There is a path between the houses on lots 19 and 20 on John Muir Road, you may enjoy the volleyball court, the picnic tables and BBQ lake front.
11)Please treat our home as if it were your own. We love it and we take care of it and would like our guests to do the same.
