This was a great apartment for us for 6 months while we were trying to figure out how long we would be in the bay area. The apartment had a good kitchen, free laundry, and parking was very easy to find. It was a great deal for the area and it was close to grocery shopping and public transportation. Eleanor and Sue we're GREAT neighbors and the neighborhood is awesome. We Especially lived having El Super Burrito on the corner. ;) We would definitely rent from Vic again!

Great apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Very secluded converted garage, and its clear they took some time to make it into a real apartment. Kitchen has nice cabinets and good appliances. There's a cooktop, no oven, but there is a good size toaster oven. Of course there's also a microwave and a full size refrigerator. Washer and dryer on the premises are very useful. Lots of things are very close by the property, such as a huge grocery store, lots of restaurants, entrance to the freeway, etc. Super convenient in a nice neighborhood. Lots of parking . Only a few things are really needed to bump up this property from good to great: There is a TV in the apartment, but no TV service. You have to rely on chromecast or bring your own AppleTV, and even then you are stuck on Netflix. Some basic cable here would make a huge difference. The bed in the main bedroom is extremely uncomfortable. It's so bad, I had to switch to the other bedroom after one night. The bed in the other bedroom is only moderately better. Some new mattresses are needed here. The kitchen is missing some very basics: knives and forks, drinking glasses, and a coffee maker. The bathroom doesn't have any towels. You have to ask for one, which is provided, but I thought it was a bit odd to not included it automatically. The host did forget to leave one for me, but he immediately sent somebody to the place with the towel to drop it off. Great service and super friendly, but maybe needs a little rethink on how to offer the property.

Although the room was a bit dusty, it generally is fine. The location is very good. There are many restaurants, cafe shops and supermarkets around the neighborhood in walking distance. It's convenient to SF airport and railway station.
