We just take over this accommodation recently and still lot of things we need to learn, and we grew up by our guests feedback and our mistakes. thank you that you let us know our cleaner did not done a good job , we will give our cleaner a professional training and check very single details after they finish each of rooms. and to make sure the room very clean ,neat ,tidy .for the carpet , we will change it in July, just now, the whole Christchurch is very busy after the earthquake, all the construction quite busy and we are on the long waiting list as well.
