I have a recently remodeled with modern design a complete in-law suite/apartment. It was built with the executive, medical staff or or programming professional in mind. Close to CalTrain, near bus lines, close to Apple and Kaiser, super location.

This is a recently remodeled, with unique design, complete in-law suite. It has private exterior entrance, is upstairs, and has no shared walls. It was built with the executive, medical staff or or programming professional in mind. The following elements describe the space.

- off street dedicated parking in the driveway, right in front of your apartment, feet from your private entrance door.
- fully furnished - nothing needed other than you and your clothes. Bedding, towels, etc provided.
- newly remodeled, lot of light and tons of storage available
- full kitchen with dishwasher, food disposal, gas oven/stove, full size fridge and microwave
- all dishes, etc are here or available for your exclusive use.
- new washer and dryer inside your space. Your personal use only.
- dedicated/private entrance, personal kitchen and personal private full bath.
- plenty of closet with ample hanging space
- wifi / as well as dedicated internet ports installed
- Nice wall mounted LCD TV.
- comcast included with huge package. I believe the tv can be connected if you want to use your netflix account or chromecast too or you can use roku also.
- dedicated thermostat with your own zone controls and is programmable. Freeze or boil at your preference.
- extremely convenient location close to 101, central expressway or Kaiser, Apple. Etc.
- quiet family neighborhood living without the hassle or noise of an apartment lifestyle.

No pets allowed and NO smoking of any type allowed. Even medical marijuana is not allowed as this is a shared ventilation system although there is your own temperature controls for your zone of the main house. Tenants have stayed here for months without crossing paths so consider this an individual space.

This is perfect for traveling business person, physician or programmer.

Please book appropriately. This is set up for an individual and has 1 parking space accommodation. If you are requesting for two persons (ie. Couple sharing bed), please book as such. There is an extra charge when more than 1 person will be here. Thank you for booking appropriately.

Fantastic place for the business traveler. Quiet, fast internet, HBO for GoT, and centrally located. Gary is a great host and is very responsive. 10/10 would stay again and probably will.

Gary was extremely attentive and quick to communicate prior to check-in. The apartment is really good size for 1-2 people with an outstanding kitchen. Furniture and fixtures all updated, huge TV and everything in working order. The neighborhood is quiet and with quick access to freeways in all directions. Would definitely stay again if I had business anywhere between San Jose all the way up to Palo Alto.

Overall, this is a great option if you need someplace in the South Bay. It's an upstairs unit, so if you have mobility issues you may have a problem. But it also means the unit is fairly private, no shared walls with other units. However, be considerate of the downstairs neighbor, the floors in wood houses in this California style tend to be thin. I didn't hear any complaints, but I maintained slippers on at all times and am a small woman who doesn't have loud footsteps. As for noise in the apartment - this was probably my only issue. It is a very quiet neighborhood, that's true, sleepy and family friendly and safe. But the AC unit for the building is directly underneath the windows along your bed in the upstairs unit. I know I'm a light sleeper, but it seemed really loud to me through the single pane windows, and woke me up routinely. If you're a light sleeper like I am, bring earplugs (though if you're as light a sleeper as I am, you probably never travel without them either!). Other than that, having the washer/dryer in unit was excellent for a long stay. The kitchen was clean and large enough to be functional - and I love to cook! The big windows allow for a lot of light. The parking situation is driveway spots assigned by unit, everyone fits just fine. The other neighbors on the property are great, all professionals. And the across the hall neighbor has lived there for several years and can help out if you have a question or issue but Gary is away from the property. Usually won't be a problem as Gary lives on site and was always very easy to get in touch with and responsive (there was a problem with the AC, and he had a guy out within the hour and had it fixed). There's not much that's walkable except a few convenience stores, a decent sushi place, and maybe one or two other things. But there's plenty of restaurants within a ten to fifteen minute drive, and if you head downtown, a mere half hour away, you have everything. Also pretty convenient to Mountain View, just hop on Central Expressway to the north and you'll hit Castro/Shoreline in 20-25 depending on traffic. I hope I haven't missed anything....

Thank you Jordan for the feedback. It was nice to host you for the 3 months and hopefully it works out well with your next adventure. I didn't get any commentary while you were here about the air conditioner sound. Thank you for the suggestion. I will look into getting the windows upstairs where you were staying to be converted to double or triple pane soon to remedy any concern. I do appreciate when an upstairs apartment tenant is considerate like you were during your stay with regard to footstep noise transmission. When I built out your apartment, I had to decide between easy to clean and maintain hard flooring vs carpeted and padded flooring options. I went with hard surface flooring mostly to keep dust and other cleaning concerns to a minimum for tenants. For future guests, I am in advance appreciative of efforts to keep noise to a minimum for other working professionals nearby. Thanks again for the feedback. I booked Gary's place mostly for my mom to stay in but I was able to stay a couple of nights. The apartment was fully stocked and comfortable for two people. I truly felt like I was in my own apartment. My favorite parts were the washer and dryer and air conditioner. I didn't get to meet Gary but my mom liked him so thank you for treating my mom well!
