The apartment is in a great location for exploring downtown Dallas, Deep Ellum, Fair Park and the Lower Greenville restaurant and entertainment scene.
Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the property. We also like to maintain a quiet ambiance after dark.
I'm retired from American Airlines, having had previous careers in theater and art. My delightful wife Paula is a retired chef and artist.
We are world travelers who have an apartment (in-law suite) attached to our home that we occasionally list on Airbnb; we know what it means to be good hosts and responsible guests.
We've traveled broadly in Canada, Mexico, England, Wales, Scotland, France, Germany, Spain, Czechoslovakia, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Japan, Russia, China, Thailand and Argentina. In October 2015, we celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary aboard a narrowboat on the canals of Wales and Shropshire, England. We had two delightful stays with Airbnb hosts there.
We especially enjoy the four corners area of the US, including the Grand Canyon, Bryce, Zion, Arches and Canyonlands National Parks.
We are big readers and we also enjoy good movies, especially a good story well told. Although Paula is a retired chef, her tastes in food are very broad, she is willing (more than I am) to sample exotic foods, but we are both easy to please. We prefer casual to formal. We like to think of ourselves as open, agreeable, talented, down home and easy to talk to.
