Dear Hannah, thank you very much for your nice and honest feedback. It´s nice to hear that you enjoyed your short holiday with your friends.
I know that the internet would have been very helpful for you and it was a real pity that the problem was on Saturday and so we couldn´t call the technician before Monday - where you departed so it was too late...
Of course, the time you stayed here is not usual for hiking at all because we´ve got snow in the mountains and it takes some time until the snow´s away completely - on the higher mountains it´s staying till summer. And you were unlucky too cause it was snowing one day before your arrival so there weren´t much ways you can go... and the most of the attractions, cable cabins etc. open around mid of May.
But thank you very much for your feedback - I forwarded it to the tourism office too because yesterday we had a meeting and there´s too less information for mid-season (no info brochure for guests, no guided walks etc - what we have of course starting in May..). I also bought a hiking card which our guests can borrow or buy so I hope to make the "hiking equippment" much better for the next guests who want to go hiking.
I really hope that you´ll come back and I promise you that the WIFI will work (was a bigger problem - otherwise we could have solve it by ourselves..) and you´ll get enough information for your hiking tours :.).
