The apartment is located the heart of Fortitude Valley right next to the famous James Street Markets.

The apartment comes equipped with a fully serviceable kitchen including a dishwasher, living/dining area, two spacious bedrooms with Queen beds (Master bedroom comes with TV as well), and a balcony with outdoor furniture and a fantastic view.

A superbly appointed bathroom and fully equipped laundry facility.

A car park is included with the price, but needs to be organised separately, so if you require a car park please let me know when booking.

If you are arriving between 2pm and 5pm Monday - Friday, or before 12pm on a Saturday, please collect keys from reception. If arriving outside those times, please refer to the after hours check-in instructions below.

When you are checking out please return the keys to the key return box in the lobby next to reception, or in the metal lock-box as you exit the car park.

After Hours Entry Procedure

When you arrive at the front door of the residential building you will notice an intercom on the wall to the right hand side of the front door with a glowing blue button. Press this button to be connected to our night team.

The night team will ask you to identify yourself and then they will open the front door for you. Come through the foyer and make your way over to the safe, located at the end of the bench seat.

Pick up the white telephone on top of the safe and it will connect you directly to our night team. They will further identify you and provide the code to open the safe.

Inside the safe you will notice an envelope marked with the surname that the booking is under. This envelope contains your welcome letter with details on how to get to your apartment, your keys and swipe card and also the car park pass.

Once you have removed your welcome pack, please close the safe door and turn the dial to lock it again.

Before Check-in park in the 10 minute zone directly outside the Entry.

DO NOT ENTER THE CARPARK*

At Check-In you will receive a CAR PARK MAP with a designated car park number and a Upass that will allow you access to the SECURE Car Park.

CAR PARK INSTRUCTIONS

1. Drive slowly up to the first boomgate and hold the UPass up towards the top of your windscreen (where your e-toll transponder would be).

2. Watch for the sensor above the boomgate turn green and the boomgate will open.

3. Drive straight ahead and turn right to find the RESIDENTIAL CAR PARK and second boomgate. DO NOT PARK IN THE VISITORS SECTION.

4. Drive slowly up to the second boomgate and hold the UPass up towards the top of your windscreen. Wait for the sensor to turn green and for the boomgate to open.

5.Once you are through the second boomgate and inside the RESIDENTIAL CAR PARK please park in your designated car park space .

If your U-Pass is malfunctioning, please take a ticket at the first boomgate and see Reception.

*If you enter the car park you have 10 minutes free parking. Once you receive the Upass EXIT the car park on your TICKET and re-enter using you Upass from step one. You will need to hide the Upass upon exit so the sensor does not read the Upass.

If the boomgate is malfunctioning SECURE can be contacted via the intercom at the first boomgate

When you are checking out please return the keys to the key return box in the lobby next to reception, or in the metal lock-box as you exit the car park.

I always try to greet and farewell my guests. If I'm not in Brisbane, I'm always available on phone.

If I'm not available in person, Kelvin at the front desk is very helpful and can show you in.

If I'm out of town or you are arriving at a late time, I will arrange for a key with a secure code so that you can have instant access to the apartment 24 hours a day. Just call the night staff on the intercom and I will leave your keys, elevator and parking pass in the safe for you.

If you have requested parking DO NOT park in the temporary parking, you MUST go through the second gate and park in the residential parking or your parking pass will stop working.

This apartment has a strict no party policy. No smoking inside, on balcony okay. Ashtray provided. No pets or animals are allowed. No glass allowed in the pool area. Please leave the apartment in the same condition you found it.

The apartment was great for two couples visiting Brisbane. It is really quiet, with a great balcony and view of the whole city. The living room, bedrooms and kitchen were all very nicely furnished and the whole apartment was immaculate. I would highly recommend Nick's place and stay there again! Nick was also great with all communications.
