-We love PETS and service animals! We do consider a well behaved, clean pet companion upon request. We ask the pet is not left alone in the house for extended amounts of time. We charge an extra pet fee: $20/night, we will negotiate for stays over 7 nights.
-Respect for my neighbors is a must. They are terrific people and are instructed to notify us of any problems. One guest has already lost the privilege to stay here due to a complaint.
- No tobacco smoking inside the house, however there is a porch with great people watching.
