Executive Apartment
Modern, funky and fully equipped executive 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with 2 balconies and outstanding views to City and Swan and Canning Rivers.

The fully furnished and equipped apartment features open plan living and dining with well equipped kitchen featuring granite work tops and breakfast bar (two breakfast bar stools are included but do not appear in the photo). The kitchen has a gas cook top, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, full size fridge, and all necessary pots and pans, glasses, crockery, utensils and cutlery.
The master bedroom with built in wardrobe has en-suite bathroom and opens to a balcony with views to the Canning River and South Perth Zoo. The second bedroom has built in robes and views to the Zoo. The second bathroom includes shower with laundry trough, washer and dryer. The balcony from the main living area provides generous seating area and views to Perth city and Swan River and South Perth Foreshore.
The apartment has one undercover parking bay. There is also a very well equipped gym, huge resort style pool with outdoor spa, communal entertaining area, sauna and changing facilities. 2 lifts service the apartment which is situated on the 5th floor and there is generous provision of visitor parking.
2 mins walk from tree-lined Mend Street restaurant and shopping precinct, Ferry, Perth Zoo, South Perth foreshore and beaches, BBQs and parklands and the famous Windsor Hotel.

EXTRA SERVICE: If there are certain grocery items you need for your stay I can arrange to have these in the apartment on your arrival at which time I can give you the receipt and collect the cash from you plus a service fee of $40.

The unit has been my home in the past and has been treated with love and care. Guests will need to abide by the by laws and treat my home as if it were their own with the same care and respect for the apartment as well as the neighbours. The apartment will need to be left neat and tidy and undamaged. Obviously, the cleaning of bed linen and towels will be taken care of.
Any child 6 months of age or over is considered a guest.

Great apartment in a great location, just across from the city. The living area was bright and open, kitchen was well-equipped and bathrooms were spacious. Very comfortable apartment to come home to, with a nice balcony to relax on. Apartment complex felt safe, and was also well-equipped with a pool, gym, etc., as well as parking. Kerry-Ella was a welcoming, responsive and helpful host - would definitely recommend!

Kerry-Ella has a lovely apartment, situated close to local restaurants and within walking distance to the Perth CBD. Communication with our host prior to, during, and after check out was fantastic. I recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a quiet stay next to the busy CBD.

Kerry was such a wonderful host. Very helpful and went out of her way for us. The best thing for me was enjoying my evening bath as few accomodations offer a bath in Perth. Thank you again Kerry we will definitely be returning. Her place was immaculate and loved the building accomodations which include hot tub, sauna and fully gym.

Excellent location, great views of Sawn river, easy access to city via ferry, unit very comfortable, friendly host.
