** July and August: Strictly no instant bookings please that leave a 1 or 2-night void period. Please check the calendar as any such bookings cannot be fulfilled. If in doubt, please ask and we'll be happy to help (quickly!). A 3+ night void is fine
* Minimum of 4 night stay during July and August unless it fills an existing gap in the calendar
* Minimum of FIVE night stay for any instant bookings booked more than three months in advance
* Due to staffing issues, we cannot accept instant bookings that terminate Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year's Day unless pre-approved by us
* Check in after 3pm. Check out by 11am

Please note that the landlord's lease does not permit parties so please do not book this accommodation for hen parties, birthday parties or the like. You will be asked to leave immediately without completing your booking. You will forfeit your deposit. Sorry to sound strict about this but it is a term of the landlord's lease

We are Liz and Jack. We look forward to welcoming you to one of our properties. We manage six holiday let properties in Fitzrovia (central London), one in the New Forest and one in Hove (Brighton). We also manage a number of long let properties.
We're lucky enough to be based in Fitzrovia. We know the area well and can thoroughly recommend it for its central location, great transport links (although you'll probably be mostly on foot as tourist London is very walkable!) and wide choice of bars and restaurants. It's a highly desirable neighbourhood with beautiful architecture and interesting streets. People come from all over London to enjoy some Fitzrovia life.
Lymington and Brighton are our favourite getaway locations. We've got some good recommendations to help you enjoy your stay. We're on hand to help with any queries you may have. You'll have a wonderful time in either property.
