If you want to feel absolutely at home during your stay in New York, this is the place for you. Our home is cozy, situated on a super friendly block, located in a warm and friendly neighborhood.
No smoking. No pets. I keep party-level noise down after 11p to be respectful of neighbors and our landlady, Miss Joan, who lives below and is a gem of a woman.
While you're in town, I might be in town, too. I'm happy to answer any questions you have regarding the apartment via email or text during your stay. A dear friend and neighbor will be available for any questions and assistance you might need: how to get around or where to eat, I'll be glad to direct you. :)

I loved my time in Paris and Normandy, and look forward to seeing Berlin and Buenos Aires. I have dark chocolate with my coffee every morning. I love to see a new city on a bicycle.
I keep a simple and tidy apartment with a stocked pantry and kitchen. I love my block and the neighborhood, and am well regarded by all neighbors, and I enjoy providing wonderful food for my guests.
