Unfortunately Sara forgot to give us directions to her place (even after asking for them via AirBnB messages) and she had left her phone turned off to charge on the day (and exact time) we told her we would be arriving, resulting in a rather tricky and lengthy search for the place.... Make sure you have directions BEFORE you arrive on the Seychelles as it is NOT an easy place to find and (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) puts the street name somewhere else on the map so that doesn't help either).
She was very friendly and helpful once we were finally there.
There are 2 dogs on the property and also lots of dogs in the area which at times is a bit noisy.
Do NOT pick this place if you don't intend to rent a car!!!!! The hill is long and steep and you are NOT close to any restaurants or shops without hiking down (and back up) the long and steep hill. We are fit and active people, but would not want to negotiate that hill every time we wanted to go anywhere!
Sara has a good knowledge of the surrounding restaurants and walking trails, it was also interesting to hear her take on local issues.
The shower for somebody with long and thick hair is not very powerful and the tap in the bathroom was slightly problematic...
Bed was comfortable, aircon fine, living space a bit cramped, kitchen seemed adequate (but we only prepared breakfast and lunch and didn't cook ourselves).
She allowed us to check our email using her wifi on the last morning which was helpful to ensure no emails from the airline about our flight had arrived (we flew out after staying with her). Other than that, no wifi access allowed.
