Features: Sunset views, gourmet kitchen, 3 suites, wi-fi, 4 flat screen tvs/dvds, cable/HBO, hot tub, 2 jet bath tubs.

Eco-Luxury: We use environmentally safe cleaning products, recycled paper (paper towels, toilet paper, kleenex) and 'Energy Star' appliances.

Luxury, designer home with 3 Suites located in the foothills of Santa Fe. Highlights include: Gourmet Kitchen, Hot Tubs (Indoor & Outdoor), 5.1 Surround Sound Theatre Room with HD Projector, Hiking, Biking and Close to Historic Plaza! We are located in a private neighborhood with beautiful 360 degree views of the Sangre De Cristo & Jemez Mountains. This contemporary Pueblo house is eco-designed, close to the Historic Plaza & Famous Santa Fe Opera and has full multi-media capabilities (wi-fi, cable, HBO). Enjoy privacy and solitude on this 1 acre of rolling hills and pine trees. Our professional interior designer chose cozy southwest decor with custom knotty pine cabinetry, natural stonework and a wood burning fireplace.

The professional kitchen features stainless steel Viking & Miele appliances with a designer hood. The great room has a stone fireplace and lounge area.

There are 2 private decks with panoramic views in the upstairs master suite, a pillow top queen size bed, a 2 person jacuzzi bath and large stone shower with multiple jets. The 2nd master suite has a jacuzzi bathtub, wet bar kitchenette & pillow-top king bed. The 3rd suite has a stone shower and private patio with sunset views. The fourth small room adjacent to the third room has triple bunk beds.

In the Living room there is a trundle sofa bed that could sleep two adults separately.

Policies: 1. Deposits: 50% at booking. 50% 45 days before arrival - holidays/events 90 days. (100% payment with reduced rate.) 2. Check-in 4pm. Check-out 11am. Late check-out = 1/2 day rental. 3. Your Confirmation, Key Code & Directions are attached to your email 'Reservation Confirmation' upon booking. 4. No smoking inside unit. Violation fees up to $500. 5. New Mexico is a drought state. Please Save Water. 6. Recycle: Use bins outside or separate in bags. 7. Cancellation: No refunds within 45 or 90 (holiday/event) days before arrival. (Unless re-rented) Fee 25%. 8. Pets: Dogs allowed in 'Pet Friendly' units $15/nt. Please clean up inside & outside. 9. We are not liable for personal injuries or illnesses on property. 10. We are not responsible for loss/damage of personal items. 11. Hot Tub: Shower before & no children under 18 w/o adult supervision. 8am to 9pm. 12. Use caution on wet floors, near hot tub, steps and especially icy areas. 13. Leave units as you found them except detailed cleaning. 14. We are not responsible for “Act of God or City/State.” No refunds for weather, electrical,, Clean (numbers will be provided). 16. Non-emergency guest service charge: $25/hour. 17. Damages: Guests responsible for all damage/loss that occurs during stay. Billed to guest. 18. Eviction: By owner, manager. Violations include: # people, damage, smoking, disturbance. 19. Maintenance: Owner & manager may enter premises for inspection or maintenance. 20. Disputes: State of New Mexico (Santa Fe/Taos County) governs disputes. Guest pays expenses. 21. House Rules: City quiet hours 9pm to 8am. Turn off or dim outdoor lights & be quiet after 9pm. 22. Please watch your speed & drive slow through our private neighborhoods. 23. Housekeeping: If unit is not clean/ready at 4pm or arrival. 24.

Casa Soul food was a perfect place for our reunion. The house is conveniently located in Santa Fe and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this home. The view was fantastic!

The house is spacious, nicely appointed and in a great location. Louie was responsive, hospitable and even brought some chicken soup for my sister-in-law who fell ill. Highly recommend this house for groups as there are cozy private quarters and large common spaces.

We had a lovely stay at Casa Soulfood. The space was big enough for our family of 6 adults and 3 little kids and the views were fantastic. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook Christmas dinner and it was great to be able to park at the Luxx when we went to the Plaza. Louie was extremely responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

The neighborhood was private and quite with lovely views of the surrounding neighborhood. Parking was easy and private and there was enough space to accommodate a group of 7 girls with some of us sharing rooms. The kitchen was big and attached to the living room, making cooking and socializing really nice each day during meals. Check-in and check-out was a little confusing as well as the details on the house, since we never connected in person with our host. I think a sheet or binder of how-tos and where-to-finds would have solved some of the questions with check in and how to work the hot-tub, etc... but Curtis, our contact was available via phone for any questions we had and was very kind in helping me with downtown hotel parking, operating the hot tub and tv.

This place is a gem! We had a group of 7 girls and this house was perfect. Large comfortable living room and kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, beautiful views from the 2 balconies (perfect for some evening cocktails watching the sunset), a great hot tub, and awesome outdoor fire pits. Having access to free parking at the affiliated hotel near the Plaza was so convenient and made our trip stress-free. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, welcoming, and efficient. I highly recommend this house!

Great place and great experience. It was super close to downtown, but the vistas from the balconies were definitely not a part of city life!! The kitchen was fantastic and our interaction with the host was incredible. We would definitely go back
