This amazing 10th floor apartment with fantastic views over London is located 2 minutes from public transport that can take you straight into central London. Dalston is a fantastic area of East London with a variety of cultural activities and great restaurants. The flat is in a new building with lift and is modern throughout and designed by me, including many items I have built myself. It would be perfect for a couple looking to stay in style in an up and coming trendy area of London.
This stylish flat is our home and we have many of our personal touches throughout, from the artwork on the walls to the lamp fixtures we have hung ourselves to the furniture items such as the coffee table and shutters that I have personally built.
BEDROOM AND BATHROOM
There is a comfortable double size bed that will be made up with hotel quality linen. The view from the bedroom is fantastic and you can access the balcony from it as well. There will be wardrobe space and hangers for your things. The bathroom is large and modern, with a big tub with showerhead over it. Toiletries and large fluffy white towels will be provided.
LIVING AREA AND KITCHEN
There is a comfortable sofa, again with views over London from the little balcony, and we are happy for you to use our speakers and watch TV (full range of channels + AppleTV). The kitchen has a countertop where you can dine, stylish lighting, a Nespresso machine, and anything else you might need to make yourself a meal and feel at home.
We are pleased to be able to offer complimentary access to our gym which is in the building just two doors down from us in the complex. This is very rare to have a gym in a flat in a London apartment so please enjoy!

Guests have complete access to the apartment. Additionally I’ve arranged for a concierge service to be available to you throughout your stay, providing you with free on-demand support for booking restaurants, tickets to shows, transport...or anything else you might fancy! You can also book additional housekeeping services like regular cleans or changes of bed linen. I hope that this will help you get even more out of your stay. Full details will be provided at check-in.

When I’m not there, you will be hosted by a professional hospitality company who I’ve engaged to look after you in my absence. They are on call to attend to your every need, as I would be.

Please note that standard check in times are between 3pm - 10pm, but subject to availability. Please note that by booking you understand that your preferred check in time may not be available but will always try to be accommodated!
Smoking is only allowed on the balcony and you must dispose of your cigarette butts properly.
Please note our other house rules:
-All guests are required to present their passport or drivers license in person as part of the check in process
-There must be at least one adult over the age of 21 in your group
-You may not have the majority of people in your group under the age of 21
As you may be aware, London has a 90 day policy on Short Term Holiday Lets.
In order to allow me to continue sharing my home with guests like yourself, sometimes I allow people to rent my property for longer periods at certain times of the year.
This means that from time to time, people ask to view the property in advance.
Although this is rare, if you do make a booking with me (and I’d love for you to stay!), please bear in mind that a viewing may take place, but I promise to let you know and it will be very short!
