Walk to Haywood Street cafes, pubs, music and fun (.5 mile with 2 steepish hills) passing vintage and arts'n crafts homes.Bike 10-20 min. to Carrier Park/food truck, or on a marked bike path to the festive River Arts District and downtown Asheville. There are also nearby running trails. In a quiet, quaint neighborhood, this cozy cottage radiates artistic fun and simplicity. I am happy to host. Right off of highways 26, 40 and 240. The sunny deck invites you to lounge with a cup of coffee or tea.
Enjoy the deck overlooking an urban forest. There is no TV but how about a stroll back in time, play some board or card games, take a book from the book exchange shelf. Sip a cup of coffee or tea on the deck. You have a Keurig or K cup with coffee or tea available. I try and honor special requests if you let me know ahead of time.

Your area is private, the entire upstairs which is the main part of the home. I live in a separate space downstairs with my own entrance. No one enters your area but you :-) You also have the deck with a nice patio table and chairs as well as the front of the home.
