Our place is close to everything! Sunny, large completely renovated large 1 bedroom apartment in the heart of the downtown Hull/Ottawa tourism area. Enjoy the best of the city all within walking distance. Pullout bed in living room can fit 2 additional guests. Fully equipped kitchen, private deck, all new furniture. 1,100 sq ft self-contained apartment on the ground floor of a house built in the 1880’s. The apartment is approximately 1,100 square feet, encompassing the ground floor of a house originally built in the 1880’s and subsequently converted into separate apartments. It is super bright, sunny and airy with 10-foot ceilings and huge, soaring windows.
This space is made up of a large open living room and kitchen area, a full bathroom, a separate laundry room/closet, a large bedroom opening onto a private deck, and a front entry space with additional storage. The living room has a pull-out couch if additional guests are staying. Original hardwood floors and architectural details are throughout most of the apartment and ceramic tile in the bathroom and entry.

This is an entirely self-contained apartment – you have a private entrance and porch located at the side of the house and a private deck off the bedroom just for you. A washing machine and dryer are included inside the apartment for your use. The front entryway of the apartment is large enough to store bicycles inside if you like.

We live in one of the other apartments in the building and work in the downtown core, so we are always available to help throughout your stay. We are attentive but easy-going – we will leave the extent of interaction up to you! We are happy to offer our knowledge of the area and help you find the best places, but will completely respect your privacy if you prefer. We are just a phone call or text message away.

The apartment is very nice, very clean, and in a terrific area; just over the bridge from the Byward Market, and a quiet neighbourhood. Right across the street from a sandwich shop/convenience store. Marc was friendly, communicative, and accommodating. I would stay here again.

Great place, clean, large and quiet. One block from the Canadian Museum of History. 20 minute walk to the National Art gallery. There is also a dépanneur with the best sandwiches and a good beer selection just across the street! Very friendly and helpful hosts.

This was my first time using airbnb and it was a very positive experience! The apartment is very clean and spacious with close proximity to all that Ottawa/Gatineau has to offer. Very welcoming host, I highly recommend this apartment!

C'est bien éclairé et il y a beaucoup de luminosité. L'appartement est très propre. Il est situé très proche de musées, de parks, centre rideau, et de Byrd market. On marché souvent pour allez à toutes ces endroits admirante la beauté d'Ottawa.

Emplacement de rêve pour découvrir Ottawa à vélo avec les enfants! En cinq jours, nous n'avons pas touché à la voiture. En cinq minutes de vélo, nous voilà sur la colline parlementaire, le marché By, etc. Grand appartement, super bien équipé et propre. J'ai adoré les hauts plafonds et le moulures imposantes. Les hôtes ont pensé à tout, même au séchoir à linge pour le séchage de vêtement délicat. Je le recommande grandement.

Perfect! Near everything, calm, clean, spacious. We were two adults and two teenagers and we would have stayed longer for sure. We let our car parked for the whole stay and could walk everywhere. Reliable and accommodating host. We highly recommend this place.
