This space is made up of a large open living room and kitchen area, a full bathroom, a separate laundry room/closet, a large bedroom opening onto a private deck, and a front entry space with additional storage. The living room has a pull-out couch if additional guests are staying. Original hardwood floors and architectural details are throughout most of the apartment and ceramic tile in the bathroom and entry.

This is an entirely self-contained apartment – you have a private entrance and porch located at the side of the house and a private deck off the bedroom just for you. A washing machine and dryer are included inside the apartment for your use. The front entryway of the apartment is large enough to store bicycles inside if you like.

We live in one of the other apartments in the building and work in the downtown core, so we are always available to help throughout your stay. We are attentive but easy-going – we will leave the extent of interaction up to you! We are happy to offer our knowledge of the area and help you find the best places, but will completely respect your privacy if you prefer. We are just a phone call or text message away.
