VERY LATE CHECK-IN:
If you are arriving late the door to the elevators on ground level (Lower Lobby (LL)) will be locked due to after hours. But you can walk up to Lobby (L) set of elevators. Just take short stairway inside next to King's Pub or walk 500 feet past the drop off driveway along the right side to the sidewalk and veer right where it turns into the Lobby (L).

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service as it is privately managed. Upon checkout please clean and dry your dishes and take your trash out to the trash room, there is one on every floor.

CHECKIN: Checkin is 4pm or after, checkout 11am or before.

FUNCTIONS: Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc.

NOISE: Please keep noise to a minimum between 10PM and 8AM.

SMOKING: No smoking. No drugs.

PETS: No pets allowed in or on the property.

BIKES: The building rules does not allow bikes to be taken up the elevators, however bike in travel case is allowed. There are city bike racks near by.

Gym:
$5 per guest in Lower Lobby

LOST KEY: Please leave all keys on counter in unit at checkout. $30 will be deducted from your security deposit for each lost key. Please call to arrange a time to give you a new key. $15 fee for Lock outs.

WATER SHUT OFF:
If the water is ever off for some reason, it is because there has been an emergency shut off and maintenance is working VERY hard to restore ASAP.
Every 2nd Tuesday of the month the water in the building is shut off between 11am-4pm. All buildings in Waikiki do this, including mine 1 day a month. Our pipes are very sensitive to sand from the beach and it's also to let any owners do plumbing work they need to do on their units. Please make sure all faucets are turned off if you leave your unit for the day. I apologise for any inconvenience.


DEPOSIT: The property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Deposit is fully refundable, however it may be deducted for excessive mess or repair/replacement for damages to the room or its contents.

TAXES: All bookings are subject to 9.25% Hawaii Hotel Tax and 4.712% Hawaii General Excise Tax, they are included as part of your reservation cost.

RESPONSIBILITY DISCLAIMER: Property owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The guest is responsible for safe-keeping of personal belongings or valuables. Damage, breakages, theft and loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay. Mein erster AirBnB-Trip verlief völlig problemlos. In Zukunft werde ich dies öfter so machen!!! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, sehr gut gelegen und verfügte über eine gute Klimaanlage (wichtig!!). Franny wäre immer tel. zu erreichen gewesen, was jedoch nicht nötig war. Ich würde einen Hawaii-Urlaub erneut dort verbringen =)

Gina's place is a beautiful cozy room close to center of Waikiki and beaches. Easy check-in and check-out. Just a few steps to the pool. Different car rentals close to the building. Highly recommended

Gina was very quick to reply whenever we had a question. The room was clean, and we appreciated having the Roku TV there. The building itself is a bit older, but felt secure since it has both security guards and elevators that require a key card. The location was also nice - we didn't rent a car and were able to walk everywhere in Waikiki. We enjoyed our stay overall.

Gina's place was exactly as described. Room was nice and clean. Bed was soft and comfy. Building has cameras in every single hallway, and police was on the corner every single night. That being said, you will feel extra safe. Everything is walkable distance from the apartment. I would stay at her place again.

Convenient location. Parking was a bit stressful. Very limited street parking on top of certain hours of parking available, unless your willing to fork up $25 for 24 hrs of parking or $3 for 30 mins on site. Unit was clean and the bed was so COMFY!! There's a pub located on the lower level with happy hour from 5-6. Worth checking out before you start your night. Overall we enjoyed our stayed and recommend you stay!

Gina's place was great. Super clean and in a great location. The building that it's in also has a very highly yelp rated burger/sushi place and a 5* yelp rated coffee shop. There's also a 7-11 right next to the building. Aside from the place being accurately represented in the pictures, the best part was that Gina provides different pillow types (flat/fluffy). Most places I've stayed at only have super fluffy pillows that make my neck hurt so it was a pleasant surprise to see the option of using a flatter pillow! Would love to stay there again next time I'm in Waikiki.
