This townhome was constructed in 2010 with high-end finishes. It is walking distance to the Kicking Horse lift at Ski Granby Ranch, making it a great base for your family's ski vacation.

We finished construction on this townhome in June 2010 and then set out to decorate with a modern mountain cabin theme. You will know that you are in the mountains, but everything is very modern and clean. We selected very high-end finishes throughout the house: granite counter-tops, hardwood hickory floors, upgraded carpeting, tile baths, etc.

The house is 1600 square feet with plenty of room for one or two families. The main floor is spacious and open. The living area features a beautiful stone fireplace (gas), leather couch, leather chair and a cow-skin rug. The kitchen, which features granite countertops, is stocked with all of the cooking equipment that you need to prepare a gourmet meal. The dining area looks out onto a large porch (equipped with a outdoor heater for year-round comfort) and a magnificent view of the mountains.

Downstairs is a room with twin bunkbeds and a common room that converts very easily to a comfortable sleeping room with privacy curtains and an extremely comfortable queen sofa-sleeper (visit the American Leather Comfort Sleeper web site if you have any doubts). This room has a 40' high-definition flatscreen TV, BlueRay DVD player with unlimited streaming from Netflix and a large kids DVD collection. Also downstairs is a large bath and laundry room.

Upstairs is the private master bedroom with a king bed with an aspen log frame as well as a master bath.

While the house is modern and sophisticated, it is stocked with kid-friendly features (we have a seven and nine year-old): crib, games, movies and toys, child-proofing, baby monitor, etc. You can leave all your kid equipment at home and travel light.

Der Check-in ist jederzeit nach 15:00

1. NO SMOKING. This is a non smoking townhouse; no exceptions.

2. NO SHOES OR BOOTS. We respectfully request that you refrain from wearing shoes or boots inside the townhouse to protect the floor and rugs.

3. NO PETS. Pets are not permitted in the townhouse under any conditions; no exceptions.

4. CHECK-IN. Check-in time is after 3 pm MT on the Arrival Date; check-out time is 10 am MT of the Departure Date. No early check-in or late check-out.

5. OCCUPANCY. The number of permitted occupants and guests is stated in the reservation confirmation. Additional guests (day or night) must be approved by the Owner and may be subject to an additional charge or $20.00 per person per day/night for guests. The maximum number of occupants and guests permitted is seven (7) unless stipulated otherwise.

This property requires a minimum stay of three (3) nights; five (5) nights during peak and holiday seasons unless stipulated otherwise.

6. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.

9. SECURITY DEPOSIT. The Security Deposit is fully refundable provided the following provisions are met:
a)Full compliance with Rental Rules and Regulations.
b)No damage is done to townhome or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
c)No evidence of smoking.
d)No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
e)All trash is placed in the community trash container outside, soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned, and dirty linens and towels are placed on the floor in the laundry room.
f)Guest’s perishable food is removed from the refrigerator.
g)All keys are left in the lock box and townhome is left locked.
h)No linens are lost or damaged.
i)No guests or occupants in excess of the number stated in the reservation confirmation unless otherwise permitted
j)No early check-in or late check out.
Owner may use the Security Deposit or any part thereof to cure any breach or default of Guest, or to compensate Owner for any damage incurred by Guest. Owner is not limited to the Security Deposit to recoup damage costs, and Guest remains liable for any balance. If Guest breaches any terms of conditions contained herein, Guest shall forfeit the Security Deposit, as permitted by law(URL HIDDEN)10. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE. While linens and bath towels are included in the cabin, daily maid service is not provided. Only beach towels may be removed from the premise; no other towels or linens to be taken outside.

11.PARKING. Vehicles are to be parked in designated off-street parking areas. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees and is the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
12. SNOW REMOVAL. Streets and parking spaces are cleared regularly. The entrance walk and porch, however, is cleared infrequently. Guest is responsible for clearing the walk as desired. Owner is not responsible for any accidents or damages relating to snow or ice on or near the Property.
13.WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS. Any exceptions to the Rental Rules and Regulations contained herein must be approved in writing in advance.

14. FORCE MAJUER. The owner cannot be responsible for or be liable in respect of loss, damage or changes caused by force of nature (e.g. closure of roads or airports, weather conditions or other events beyond our control).
15.INDEMNIFICATION. Owner will not be liable for any damages or injury to Guests or any other person, or to any property, occurring on the premises, or in common areas, unless such damage is the legal result of the negligence or willful misconduct of the Owner, his or her agents, or employees. Guest agrees to hold Owner harmless from any claims, no matter how caused, except for injury or damages caused by negligence or willful misconduct of the Owner, his or her agents, or employees.
