Grand Panama Beach Resort is one of the newest and most luxurious resorts in Panama City Beach.

We hope you enjoy your stay and visit us again. Here are a few reminders that we ask you to keep in mind…
• The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
•Check-in time is anytime AFTER 4 pm unless we have agreed in writing (e-mail) to an earlier time.
•Check-in is done via Frond Desk located in Tower 2.
•You will need to bring the confirmation of the rental or the rental agreement at check-in and you will pay a $20 registration fee, once per unit per rental period, payable to the Grand Panama Owners Association.
•All guests will receive property/pool wristbands for their stay and parking tag(s). You will be limited to two parking space.
•Our unit is located on Level 19, Tower 1, as you exit the elevator; our unit is in the far left corner.
•DO NOT BRING LUGGAGE CARTS INTO THE UNIT and please return them to Level 1 when done.
•Parking is located in Tower 2 with 5 levels, find a parking spot and take the elevator to P5. The crossover to get to tower 1 is located on P5 of the parking garage.
•To enter the unit, use the upper electronic lock - the lower lock is disabled. Enter the 4 digit code XXXX then unlock it manually. When you are inside, you have to lock the door manually. To lock the door from outside, just press the scholnge key at the top, and turn the lock manually.
•For wireless Internet please contact the front desk as we have a new internet services in the resort.
•Home phone # is: (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). It is free for all North America.
•Fitness Center is located next to the pool in Tower 2 on elevator Level 1. ID bracelets are required along with the key cards. Please leave the key cards for the next guests.
•NO SMOKING in the unit. PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE UNIT OR ON THE PREMISES. VIOLATION WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT.
•PLEASE DO NOT USE SUNTAN SPRAY inside the unit or balcony.
•BEACH SERVICE (two beach chairs and one umbrella) is provided in-season, March 1st through October 31st. For the services just ask for unit 1909 and mention my name (Goran Bilal), it is already paid for.
•PLEASE keep the sliding doors closed if the heating/cooling system is turned on. (If not, the compressor will run continuously and lock up requiring a service call). When not in the unit, keep sliders & draperies closed.
•PLEASE keep as much sand as possible out of the condo by using the wash-off faucets provided. If you are bringing beach chairs into the unit, please rinse the sand off.
•We ask that wet swimsuits and towels be kept off the furniture and beds as they will discolor fabrics.
•Do not overload the washer/dryer. Clean the filter after each use. Keep the washer door open if not in use.
•Shrimp shells, coffee grind, steak bones and corn on the cob will clog the disposal. Put these items in trash. TRASH CHUTES – Exit the unit & head toward the elevator, pass it and it is on the right.
•Our unit has been inventoried. You should report immediately to us any damage or broken items so they may be fixed/replaced for our next guests.
•A refrigerator full of warm food and drinks will take a while to cool down, usually overnight. You may want to keep a cooler for drinks.
•PLEASE do not feed the gulls or throw anything off of the balcony! This is extremely dangerous and against Florida Law and may result in your eviction.
•CHECKOUT TIME IS 10 AM. PLEASE EMPTY THE REFRIGERATOR. LEAVE USED BEDS UNMADE. EMPTY TRASH. DO NOT LEAVE ANY GARBAGE OR EMPTY BOTTLES IN THE UNIT. MAKE SURE YOU REMOVE ANY ITEMS FROM THE WASHER OR DRYER. LEAVE USED TOWELS & WASHCLOTHS IN THE BATHROOMS. IF YOU HAVE DIRTY DISHES, PLACE THEM IN THE DISHWASHER AND TURN IT ON; CLEANING SERVICE WILL EMPTY.

P.S. Since you are renting directly from owners, you will not be entitled to services from the Front Desk. Please call us ((PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)) or send an e-mail if you have any problems. Call the lobby only in very urgent situations ((PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)). If you need a light bulb, you can find it in one of cabinets in the kitchen.
