Located at the rear of the owner's residence, the accommodation is a spacious, private, stand alone town house with its own entry, comprising of approximately 220 square metres.
This is a truly unique property that was originally built to accommodate extended family and visiting guests. You will experience a beautifully designed home with two separate living areas and plenty of space to relax and unwind, especially by the pool over the warmer months.
Upstairs: As you walk through your front door you are greeted with a bright spacious living area complete with modern decor and all modern conveniences. The upstairs accommodation comprises of an open plan kitchen, dining and living, a bathroom as well as two large bedrooms both with queen size beds. A study adjoins bedroom 1 and is equipped with a daybed/trundle bed that pulls out into a double. This room is great for guests with infants or small children that need to be close by. A port-a-cot is available at no additional charge.
A spacious balcony adjoins the main living area with tranquil views of both the park and pool, perfect for sitting, relaxing and enjoying a morning coffee or a glass of Western Australian red!
Downstairs: The lower floor is in its own right self contained accommodation. This space comes into its own when some 'separation' is desirable and is perfect for larger travelling groups with more than one family or with older children.
Here you'll find a large 3rd bedroom with queen size bed, a second bathroom, a separate laundry room and another living area with open plan dining and kitchen. Referred to as the 'pool room', bi-fold doors open out to the sensational pool area that has lounges, seating and direct access to the park next door.
Please note this house does require the use of stairs and isn't wheelchair friendly.

Guests will have access to the entire rear private residence consisting of upstairs and downstairs accommodation including the pool area. Guests are also welcome to utilise the outdoor alfresco area with kitchen and bbq. Parking is available and guests will have use of two car bays at the front of the property if required.

Timber floors cover all living areas and there are plush carpets in all bedrooms. This Architecturally designed renovation and extension won a Western Australian Master Builders Association award in 2008.
The accommodation does have set check in and check out times these are specifically 2pm for check in & 11:00am for check out. Please advise of your itinery when booking as we frequently have guests leaving on the same day as your arrival. We endeavour to accommodate each guest's itinerary to the best of our ability, however early check in and late checkout may occur in additional charges.
-Smoking is only permitted outdoors, strictly no smoking within the accommodation.
-Pool gates (although self closing) are to strictly be kept closed all times and not propped open.
-Running around the pool area is not permitted for obvious safety reasons.
-No parties or loud music, guests are asked to respect the property as the owner lives in the front residence.

Born in Croatia, I speak the language fluently and after originally emigrating to Auckland, New Zealand in 1960, we then moved to the beautiful city of Perth 33 years ago.
