This is a working farm & at times there will be some activity happening close by . The stock yards, shearing & machinery sheds are close by.
The orchard is also next door & in the fruit season, I have the bird scarer on , [music mainly] That's in January , February . I quite like it , but not everyone does.
It's mostly very quiet , but.
Would kindly ask guests to leave the house in neat , tidy condition thanks & no smoking inside .
Guests are requested to stay out of sheds & off machinery .
Farms can be hazardous to small children if left unsupervised . There are water holes & tubs near by .

This farm is approx. 200 Ha. along the top off the "Ragged Tier", which rises up from the coast over looking Marion Bay & the rest of the world .
I grow sheep for fine wool & lambs, beef cattle & late season sweet cherries, all grown using minimal chemical inputs, Integrated Pest Management & controlled grazing techniques .
