1 bedroom flat for rent in a landmarked Brooklyn brownstone. Cozy yet spacious, it can house anywhere from 1 to 6 people. Restaurants, coffee shops and bars abound. Centrally located with easy access to buses and trains.
The apartment is on its own floor in a historic Brooklyn Brownstone.
The house was built in 1898 and has recently been marked part of the landmark Stuyvesant Heights district.
Her beauty is being restored from the inside out. So please excuse the hallways. I chose to focus on the kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms and am saving the hallway and exterior as the final part of my renovation.
It's a self contained unit so the only shared area is the front door.
That said, the brownstone is only occupied by my family so we are easily accessible.

Interaktion mit Gästen
I'm a flight attendant so my schedule is changeable but my ex-husband and teenagers are always around. We are the only people who live in the house so all 4 floors are our home.
I ask that guests are courteous and clean - keep a small footprint since it's myself and my family cleaning the apartment. We are not a hotel with a cleaning staff.
Parties are a no no.
Also please save any smoking for outside, whether front or back.
Travel buff born and raised in Brooklyn, and I'm committed to raising my children in Brooklyn as well.
I've traveled a lot and truly feel my hometown is one of the most unique metropolitan places (not that I'm biased or anything ;-). )
I've been lovingly restoring my historic brownstone from the inside out over the past 3 years and am so excited to see how much more I can accomplish.
